• F.5/6 graduate or Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
• LCCI Higher Level
• 1-2 years of working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Flex accounting software is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Self-motivated, mature, responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred

Job Description

• To perform accounting duties, e.g. data entry, accounts payable tasks, etc;
• To assist in month-end and year-end closing activities;
• To contact suppliers/ sub-contractors for cheque collection;
• To perform routine accounting duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing of documents; and
• To perform other ad-hoc duties as assgined by supervisors.
  

• Certificate or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• Good command and knowledge of accounting software / ERP would be an advantage;
• A team player with a positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese Word Processing.

Job Duties

• Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation
• Handle accounting daily operations, including data input, voucher preparation and checking
• Rebate calculation and reviewing vouchers, invoices and debit notes
• Work closely with different departments to obtain the necessary information for accounting purposes
• Liaise with customers and other departments in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes, if any
• Prepare month-end closing and auditing-related tasks
• Provide general clerical support
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned
  

• F5 / DSE or above with LCCI Intermediate Level
• Min. 3 years work experience in the Accounting field and with 2 years of experience handling Chain Store accounts is preferable
• Supervision experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Excel(Vlookup & Pivot Table), Word, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of accounting systems, experience in Oracle System will be an advantage
• Good in Chinese and English
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent
• Willing to learn
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred
• Job position will be considered according to candidate's background and working experience
