+ Provide administrative support to General Manager and Executive Finance Director.
+ Act as a key contact window by liaising with outside parties and coordinating with internal functions/departmentsto ensure efficiency and accuracy.
+ Prepare budgets for department and manage purchasing and expenditures.
+ Maintain a sufficient inventory of various supplies and order new equipment as needed.
+ Resolve issues with the building and facilities, such as needed maintenance or emergency repairs.
+ Carry out regular checks of inventory and building/office condition to identify any areas where improvement is needed.
+ Carry out projects including planning, implementing, tracking metrics and fully reporting on the results of the projects.
+ Lead/coordinate company events, support operations and logistics when required.
