Job Description

+ Applies varied and moderately complex clerical procedures, methods, and techniques to support business functions and processes.
+ Assists the organizational team with various projects or special tasks as needed.
+ Assists in preparing reports, typing documents, filing, and answering questions regarding processes and procedures.
+ May schedule, coordinate and maintain calendar, meeting agendas, and travel itineraries.
+ Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
+ Performs other duties as directed.
+ Associated Degreed preferred.
+ One-year clerical experience. Fresh graduated is welcome.

+ To check billings from vendors.
+ To prepare vouchers and cheques to Liners for Ocean shipments.
+ To perform data input, validation, and filing duties.
+ To assist in month-end closing tasks.
+ To prepare audit schedules for quarterly reviews and year-end audit.
+ To take up additional accounting tasks as required to meet the Department's needs.

+ Candidate for supervisory position
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Formal Secondary School graduate or above, 1-2 years relevant experience.
+ LCCI Level I completed.
+ Fresh graduates with less experience will also be considered
+ Good command of English and Mandarin
+ Proficient PC knowledge
