**Job Description**
+ Act as a business partner for designated business units to provide advice and recommendations to business line leaders for various HR-related issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, retention, and staff relations.
+ Identify and implement HR solutions to support business growth.
+ Prepare and update various HR related reports.

**Qualifications**
+ Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
+ Minimum 4 years' solid experience as HR business partner / generalist and well versed in HK employment related legislations
+ Experience working in construction or engineering related company is an advantage
+ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications and interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

+ Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
