This position will enhance operational excellence, refine business processes, and drive enterprise sales initiatives to guarantee sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

  • Daily Operations
  • Enhance business and internal workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration among sales, finance, site operations, and service delivery teams throughout the APAC region, to boost profitability and quality. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database to support business operations and commercial needs, enabling financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and data-driven decision-making for APAC operations.
  • Assist the Senior Director to supervise the annual budgets and team management.
  • Contribute to improvements in internal workflow and system integration initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, business associates, and service providers in Hong Kong and Malaysia, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Create and oversee the processes for enterprise business, which encompass customer invoicing, vendor payments, job cost forecasts, and the acknowledgment of project-related expenses for the APAC region.
  • Perform thorough analyses of revenue, inventory, and costs to facilitate strategic decision-making and deliver actionable insights that align with the company’s goals and market dynamics.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as directed by Management.
  • Lease portfolio management:
  • Supervise lease terms, conditions, expiration dates, and renewal options
  • Supervise lease payments, analyse lease obligations, ensure compliance, and confirm that lease agreements meet all legal and regulatory standards
  • Utilize data, market sentiment, and insights to inform decision-making, enhance overall business strategy, and optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive and own holistic underwriting and due diligence related to lease amendments; identify key risks in concert with internal stakeholders to evaluate overall deal structure and make recommendations on contract negotiation strategy.

Enterprise Business

  • Comprehending market trends, competitive environments, and customer requirements to pinpoint opportunities. Develop sales strategies and business development plans, securing new partnerships, reselling opportunities, and the adoption of newly built capacities.
  • Direct contract negotiations, encompassing new agreements, renewals, and variation orders, ensuring compliance and reviewing contracts to confirm that deal terms align with business threshold requirements while also satisfying customer expectations.
  • Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, project planning, delivery coordination, and solution offerings as necessary.
  • Construct financial models for new agreements to back your recommendations, including sensitivities and consideration of various scenarios. Propose measures to mitigate risks for new opportunities and facilitate informed executive decision-making.
  • Provide early and regular visibility to future and pending customer renewals; collaborate with internal teams to develop a single point of truth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business management, business operations, preferably in the APAC region. Candidate comes with sales/ presales experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, project cost modelling, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.

We are in search of a highly driven and seasoned professional to become part of our team as a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Enterprise Business for the APAC region. This position will enhance operational excellence, refine business processes, and drive enterprise sales initiatives to guarantee sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations

  • Daily Operations
  • Enhance business and internal workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration among sales, finance, site operations, and service delivery teams throughout the APAC region, to boost profitability and quality. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database to support business operations and commercial needs, enabling financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and data-driven decision-making for APAC operations.
  • Assist the Senior Director to supervise the annual budgets and team management.
  • Contribute to improvements in internal workflow and system integration initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, business associates, and service providers in Hong Kong and Malaysia, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Create and oversee the processes for enterprise business, which encompass customer invoicing, vendor payments, job cost forecasts, and the acknowledgment of project-related expenses for the APAC region.
  • Perform thorough analyses of revenue, inventory, and costs to facilitate strategic decision-making and deliver actionable insights that align with the company’s goals and market dynamics.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as directed by Management.
  • Lease portfolio management:
  • Supervise lease terms, conditions, expiration dates, and renewal options
  • Supervise lease payments, analyse lease obligations, ensure compliance, and confirm that lease agreements meet all legal and regulatory standards
  • Utilize data, market sentiment, and insights to inform decision-making, enhance overall business strategy, and optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Drive and own holistic underwriting and due diligence related to lease amendments; identify key risks in concert with internal stakeholders to evaluate overall deal structure and make recommendations on contract negotiation strategy.
Enterprise Business
  • Comprehending market trends, competitive environments, and customer requirements to pinpoint opportunities. Develop sales strategies and business development plans, securing new partnerships, reselling opportunities, and the adoption of newly built capacities.
  • Direct contract negotiations, encompassing new agreements, renewals, and variation orders, ensuring compliance and reviewing contracts to confirm that deal terms align with business threshold requirements while also satisfying customer expectations.
  • Offer expert advice on pricing strategies, project planning, delivery coordination, and solution offerings as necessary.
  • Construct financial models for new agreements to back your recommendations, including sensitivities and consideration of various scenarios. Propose measures to mitigate risks for new opportunities and facilitate informed executive decision-making.
  • Provide early and regular visibility to future and pending customer renewals; collaborate with internal teams to develop a single point of truth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business management, business operations, preferably in the APAC region. Candidate comes with sales/ presales experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, project cost modelling, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner.

•Build best-in-class program and project management capabilities

Business Requirements - Providing functional process knowledge, expertise process assessment, development and refinement and shepherds the execution of functional or multiple functional responsibilities:

•Leads and influences across functions, regions and cultures. Works closely with, functional, regional & BU leaders to align the organization around an effective integration approach, model and process.

•Builds strong relationships within peer group and senior leadership both inside and outside of the team to ensure strong cross group collaboration and connection

•Participates in cross-functional business planning to improve implementation of company programs, procedures, methods and practices to promote BU key messages and achieve a competitive advantage.

•Provides general business operations support for the leadership team as needed.

•Drives critical strategic projects across the organization, representing the BU/function.

•Supports leadership team decision-making process by providing clearly defined options, logic, tradeoffs and recommendations.

•Provides guidance and direction to business units/functions to ensure coordination of communications processes and understanding of key issues and strategies.

Partner Development & Team Building - Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams regardless of reporting lines:

Skills
