Located near the airport on Lantau Island and managed by Swire Hotels we provide 501 contemporary bedrooms with a comprehensive choice of leisure facilities and dining options.

The hotel is looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Run the assigned section smoothly and confidently
  • Manage kitchen flow smoothly from starters to mains, Asian & Western
  • Prepare and present a wide variety of dishes for daily service and special events
  • Handle breakfast, lunch and dinner services including occasional offsite functions
  • Deliver exceptional service with a positive, guest-focused attitude

Requirements

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
  • Willingness to stay at offsite (training center) when assigned to both dinner and breakfast events

  • Naturally extroverted with excellent communication skills and team spirit
  • A warm, service-oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to special schedules
