The Community Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experience to all location members and visitors. They will provide exceptional support to the Community Lead, Location Manager, Senior Location Manager, General Manager and Country Manager by operating the facility and communicating with stakeholders. We're looking for someone who is flexible and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success will mean utilising tools and resources provided to hit the ground running, which will lead to providing a vibrant, productive, and connected workplace for our members.
This role reports to the Location Manager and will be based on-site in Hong Kong.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and visitors
- Handle member's daily requests and all incoming enquiries
- Support managers by executing daily tasks, including sales, finance and administrative assignments (data-entry and basic reporting)
- Achieve occupancy goals through membership retention and closing new sales
- Conduct informative tours to potential members and partners
- Plan and execute engaging community events by coordinating with internal teams and external collaborators on a regular basis
- Contribute content to maintain our presence online and onsite via social media posts and promotional materials
- Coordinate the general upkeep of the facility to ensure the space is presentable at all times. This includes conducting floor checks, completing maintenance tasks and basic cleaning such as dusting, utensil washing and spot cleaning
- 1-2 years of work experience in customer service, events, business operations, sales would be an advantage. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- University Degree holder preferred
- Ability to connect well with people; friendly and approachable
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
- Reliable and self-driven, has the ability to work with teams and independently
- Experience in Google Drive and Excel sheets would be an advantage
- Must be fluent in English

- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Previous experience in online accounting software such as Xero is an advantage
- A good team player
- Good business acumen
- Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage
- Fluent in English

- Engage with clients on social networking platforms to enhance Cathay's brand reputation
- Provide one-stop-shop customer service through all Digital (Live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.) and Telephone channels Recommend travel products, fares and services and provide after-sales support to customers
- Assist customers to buy and self-serve seamlessly through our websites and mobile application
- Handle reservation and ticketing issuance, re-issuance for travel plan alteration upgrades for the airline’s loyalty and frequent flyer member
- Assist customer to resolve disservice situations e.g., determine alternate flight options for delayed, cancelled or missed flights, change or rebook when irregularity occur
- Meet key contact centre performance goals in terms of customer satisfaction, quality, productivity and key performance metrics
- Capture every sales opportunity to improve revenue generations
- Respond to feedback and general enquiries from worldwide 24 x 7
- Support Customer Contact teams around the world when required
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Public Relations
- Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
- Fresh graduates are welcome. Minimum of 1-2 years digital platform handling experience would be an advantage

- Customer service-oriented attitude with good communication and problem solving skills

Responsibilities
- Design service strategies based on school/ community needs as assessed
- Implement the work plan and to evaluate the effectiveness of the group, programs and case intervention for quality improvement
- Provide information and consultation to youth, parents and the community to utilize community resources to meet their needs
- Coordinate with other organizations and disciplines for resources to support the students’ development
- Prepare and submit up-to-date case reports, program proposal, budget, evaluation, financial and statistical reports on activities and programs
- Control program expenses within budget and handle receipts in accordance with accounts procedure
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Working Location : Hong Kong West District
- Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work
- Registered Social Worker
- Good command of oral and written Chinese and English is necessary
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- 2 years’ experience in Social Work and school related works are an advantage
Remarks
- The Association is a non-governmental organization which provides professional service for children and youth. With effect from December 1, 2011 staffs are required to complete and pass the Sexual Conviction Record Check

Founded in 1936, the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs Association is one of the longest serving non-government organizations dedicated to the welfare of children and youth in Hong Kong. To support future development of our Association, we are now inviting competent candidate to join our team:
Responsibilities
- Design service strategies based on school/ community needs as assessed
- Implement the work plan and to evaluate the effectiveness of the group, programs and case intervention for quality improvement
- Provide information and consultation to youth, parents and the community to utilize community resources to meet their needs
- Coordinate with other organizations and disciplines for resources to support the students’ development
- Prepare and submit up-to-date case reports, program proposal, budget, evaluation, financial and statistical reports on activities and programs
- Control program expenses within budget and handle receipts in accordance with accounts procedure
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Working Location : Hong Kong West District
- Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work
- Registered Social Worker
- Good command of oral and written Chinese and English is necessary
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- 2 years’ experience in Social Work and school related works are an advantage

- The Association is a non-governmental organization which provides professional service for children and youth. With effect from December 1, 2011 staffs are required to complete and pass the Sexual Conviction Record Check

Position Description
With the mission of Pregnant Girls Services - “A safe place where pregnant girls in crisis are embraced, equipped and empowered for a hopeful future”, A caseworker plays the role in supporting pregnancy girls in crisis by providing case management activities support to pregnant girls and their family members in crisis through a range of program activities focused on information, education, empowerment & support. He/she is part of the team that works from strength based and youth & family driven perspective and participates in coalition and coordination efforts with other peer agencies providing similar services.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange intake within a designated time period to referral received
- Conduct case assessment and intervention for more complex cases taking into account a wide range of interdependent information
- Formulate service plan with girls and their significant others including measurable goals and timeframe based on holistic assessment of needs, strengths and risks
- Liaise and collaborate with agencies, governmental department and community partners when necessary to advocate the needs of the pregnant youth and their children
- Keep up-to-date and standardized service related documents including assessment and progress reports, program planning and evaluation, service statistics and other documentation as required
- Assist and faciliate support / therapeutic program to pregnant girls and their significant others
- Be responsible for mentoring new / less experienced staff including job shadowing and lead a simple case review
- Perform any other duties as required
- Bachelor degree in Social Work / Counseling / Family Therapy in recognized universities; and
- 1+ years of experience in working in NGOs / social service setting, preferably in youth or family service
- Passionate in serving pregnancy girls and their families in crisis and commitment to excellence
- Solid case management knowledge with strong assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Must be a “team player” – this person needs to enjoy working closely with other skateholders and to be flexible, adaptive and positive in his/her actions
- Able to work independently and good team work
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
- Must share the commitment of Mother’s Choice in upholding the safety and protection of children as paramount.
