**Responsibility:**
+ Oversee all site related duties
+ Monitor the progress and work with different departments to ensure on-time delivery
+ Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
+ Assist construction site employees to handle technical problems and implement improvement plans
+ Ensure Company Safety and Ethics guidelines and Government code requirements are fully complied in the field operations
+ Manage subordinates and arrange their work, and arrange manpower deployment matters
**Requirement:**
+ Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical discipline or equivalent
+ 7 -8 years working experience in elevator/escalator industry
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Customer oriented

**Job Description**
**Job Purpose**
Under the direct supervision of the Building Services Engineer (BSE) & Resident Building Services Inspector (RBSI), to distribute the duties of the BSE in relation to full-time site supervision and inspection of all building services installation works and to ensure compliance with HKHS's requirements and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ As the employee of the BSE and as a member of the full-time site supervisory team responsible for the supervision of the Contractors' building services installations and building services related works.
+ Assist and report to RBSI for all types of site supervision works for BS installation
+ Report to and advise the BSE/RBSI and the HKHS's Project Superintendents/Coordinators on all building services related issues including the quality and progress of the works.
+ As the BSE's/RBSI's representative on site, ensure that the Contractors' building services installations and building services related works are in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
**Qualifications**
+ A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
+ Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2
* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent.
(Note
* Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
+ 3 years' relevant experience, or equivalent.
The successful candidate is expected to commence work in early Q3-4 2025.

THE COMPANY :
- We specialized in water system lesisure & wellness facilities including but not limited to : swimming pool & water feature, musical fountain, water park, spa facilities, artificial waterfall, health club facilities, ice skating rink.etc
- Our services : we plan, design, supply equipment, installation, maintenance and other related technical services
- Our clients : government, property developers, hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau
- We are looking for ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- 2+ years experience related to quantity surveying
- Experience in E&M, building or construction field
- Preferably with some knowledge in preparation of sub-letting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, estimating and cost control and tendering
- Experience or interest in swimming pool/spa facilities/fountain projects/water projects/plumbing projects is a plus
- Team work to participate in daily quantity surveying role
- Assist in tender preparation, material ordering, measuring and valuing variation orders etc.
- Assist in a wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims etc
- Preparation of Cost, Estimates for the Project and recast into Project Control Budget;
- Assist Contract Administration activities related major engineering and construction contracts;
- Assist in Project Management with assessments of Contractors' Estimates/Change Orders and provide recommendations when required Benchmark contractor estimates against company historical cost database;
- Report to Contract / Project Manager
- No trips is required
- 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
