Job Duties
- Develop and maintain high-quality product content, including UI copy, website content, EDMs, app push notifications, product blogs, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate product logic into clear, intuitive messaging.
- Contribute to or lead the execution of content strategies that support product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
- Build and maintain a centralised content key library to ensure consistency across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
- Align closely with the Product Marketing team on storytelling and messaging direction.
- Evaluate content performance using data, customer feedback, and internal insights.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, review deliverables, and oversee content timelines.
- 4~7 years of experience in content writing, product marketing, UX writing, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing skills in both English and Chinese (written); native-level English is preferred.
- Background in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Translation, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital product environments is a must.
- Strong ability to turn complex product features into clear, benefit-driven narratives.
- Skilled in judging content quality and aligning tone across multiple platforms.
- Familiar with tools like Figma and Hubspot for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute project
- End-to-end planning of bespoke events including overseeing onsite delivery
- Develops and recommend the project budget, marketing plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plans
- Delivering exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with both external and internal parties
- Analyze the project’s success and prepare reports
- Establish and maintain good vendor relations
KEY SKILLS FOR THIS ROLE
- Degree holder in marketing, business management, events management or hospitality preferred

Job Description
To create and produce high-quality, engaging content that drives business success, while fostering strong partnerships with Business Units (BUs) to understand their needs and deliver tailored content solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness and brand consistency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operational Management
- Team Building & Development: Directly manage a multi-location team of writers, designers, and creatives; define roles, set performance metrics, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Workflow Optimization: Design and implement efficient content production processes, leveraging tools (e.g., AI, CMS) to streamline ideation, creation, and localization.
- Quality Control: Oversee end-to-end content development, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards, business goals, and audience needs.
- Talent Strategy: Build and curate a network of freelancers and vendors; address skill gaps through targeted training (e.g., SEO, data storytelling, AI tools).
- Budget Management: Allocate and monitor departmental budgets for content projects, tools, and external partnerships.
Business Unit (BU) Partnership & Strategic Content Support
- Proactively engage with BUs to understand their objectives, challenges, and content requirements, ensuring solutions drive measurable results.
- Content Enablement: Develop scalable frameworks (templates, toolkits, brand guidelines) to empower BUs in creating on-brand, effective marketing materials.
- Scalable Solutions: Develop templates, toolkits, and reusable content assets to empower BUs in their marketing efforts.
- Data-Driven Advocacy: Use analytics to advise BUs on content performance, optimizing strategies for engagement and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Training: Conduct workshops to educate BU teams on content best practices, localization, and emerging trends
- Creative Leadership: Spearhead innovative content formats (e.g., interactive, video, live streaming) to enhance engagement and differentiation.
- Global Audience Focus: Oversee localization strategies with translation partners to ensure cultural relevance across markets.
- Project Oversight: Lead high-priority campaigns or digital initiatives as assigned (e.g., community platforms, thought leadership programs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience managing content/creative teams, with B2B experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing distributed teams, external freelancers, and agency partners across multiple regions
- Proven ability to manage significant departmental budgets while maximizing ROI on content investments
- Exceptional bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (B5/GB standards), with native-level writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities
- Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that align with business objectives
- Advanced knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization, and performance analytics
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools and emerging digital technologies
- Strong project management skills with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and process optimization
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Advanced skills in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management platforms
- Digital-first mindset with practical experience in:
- SEO/SEM tools and analytics platforms
- AI writing assistants and creative generation tools
- Live streaming production and community engagement strategies
