About The Role
The role reports directly to the Chief Strategy Officer & Chief of Staff. This role is pivotal in driving the company's corporate planning processes and overseeing the implementation of key corporate strategic and innovation initiatives. The incumbent will play a critical role in helping FundPark achieve its long-term business vision through meticulous planning, execution, and collaboration with senior stakeholders and external partners.
What you need to do:
- Develop and refine FundPark's corporate strategy in alignment with the long-term business vision.
- Lead the execution of major corporate strategic initiatives and innovation projects.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are met.
- Manage external relationships and partnerships critical to the company's strategic goals.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for corporate projects.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to the executive team.
- Support administrative functions related to corporate projects and strategic planning efforts
- Proven experience in corporate strategic planning and project management.
- Track record of effectively engaging with senior stakeholders and external parties.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Background in banking and finance or a scale-up environment is desired
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Finance and Risk Management Department as a Senior Manager - Business Analysis. Key responsibilities include:
- To develop, run and review financial / commercial spreadsheet models independently to evaluate opportunities for new business lines or related initiatives; to manage analyst pool and review their models.
- To work closely with Project / Business-line teams on commercial proposal development; manage financial analysis and commercial proposal review; if need be, to support the business development team on certain key project development activities.
- To interact with other teams within CLP Group to support the review, governance and execution of these projects and initiatives; and manage IC functional review process and cross-functional review within CLP Group.
- To assist in project structuring, including key commercial agreements and governance structure.
- Provide quantitative and analytical support including preparation of business plans for the company.
- Provide financial review of commercial terms for any project, contracting bids and investment projects and assist with the documentation as required.
- Support preparation of proposals and presentations for internal management and Board approvals.
- To train, guide and manage the senior associate / analysts and help with their development.
- A recognized university degree in Business, Finance or related discipline (postgraduate degree preferred)
- A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in financial and business analysis within a team covering Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Consulting related to utilities, infrastructure or contracting businesses with preferably some experience in energy related new technologies.
- Good understanding of the energy industry, renewables or infrastructure projects; any tendering experience with infrastructure projects or contracting will be relevant
- Self-motivated, able to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and work independently
- Sense of priorization when dealing with multiple assignments
- Lateral thinking with a flair for problem solving, strong commercial acumen and strategic sense
- Strong business modelling, including model reviews, and analytical skills, detail focused
- Adaptability and team communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct hands on detailed business analysis, problem solving and testing in support of projects to maintain progress and guide others
- Work closely with Technology partners to design, develop and implement technology platforms to deliver solutions to meet business requirements
- Ensure maintenance of all supporting documentation with comprehensive traceability and audit materials including plans, issues logs, requirements documents, test plans and scripts and implementation strategies
- Manage and direct projects and initiatives for AWM Operations and in support of the AWM Business Unit, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues and ensuring effective delivery to time and budget
- Lead the appropriate governance and working group forums to facilitate project progress and ensure all components remain on track
- Participate and represent AWM Ops CTB in governance forums to ensure project statuses and AWM Operations issues are clearly articulated
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all invested parties are apprised of progress and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide support and direction to the rest of the AWM Ops CTB team including people management The candidate must have 6+ years of business analysis and project management experience. He/she must have ability to develop strong relationships with various teams across the firm and excellent communications skills to achieve desired results. Project experience in wealth management business and/or Operations is an advantage.
- Functional: Strong business analysis and project management skills and experience are mandatory: he/she must be able to demonstrate analytical skills and critical thinking, able to prioritise, plan, execute and deliver projects successfully, implementing strategic solutions that meet the needs of the AWM business. An understanding of the wider context is necessary to ensure that appropriate solutions are generated which consider protection of the Firm's franchise in the future. These skills should be coupled with a creative, flexible and pragmatic approach to problem solving. A track record of project delivery and prior experience of stakeholder management is required.
- Interpersonal: The individual will be required to influence and build strong relationships with project team members across geographical and functional boundaries, the ability to build strong networks and effective working relationships will be essential. This person will be required to liaise with colleagues at all levels in a structured manner. They will need to communicate requirements to Technology and project partners as well as negotiate the balance between delivery of business requirements and achieving deadlines and targets by being highly flexible and dynamic when faced with different challenges.
- Management and leadership: The candidate will be expected to show an appropriate level of independence while operating within a management structure and take appropriate responsibilities for others' work. Some management of direct reports or contingent workers could also be involved.
- Professional: This role requires an individual who has strong communication and organisation skills. The candidate will also require strong motivation, be able work independently when necessary and approach problems with a positive outlook and desire to find solutions. The role requires clear agenda setting, preparation and planning for meetings and tasks and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Business knowledge: Prior banking experience is a must. A good understanding of financial products across asset classes is required, with a preference for prior knowledge of the Wealth Management business and/or a background in Operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Explore the data landscape: profile on-chain, off-chain, fiat and KYC datasets to understand structures, gaps and lineage. Document findings for downstream engineering teams.
- Prototype features for ML & rules: translate typologies and investigator hypotheses into measurable candidate variables (e.g., velocity, counterparty risk scores, graph metrics) using SQL/Python and big data.
- Validate data quality & drift: run one-off QC checks, anomaly detection and basic stratified sampling to confirm a feature’s stability before production hand-off.
- Collaborate with modelers & investigators: iterate quickly on feature definitions, and refine logic based on model performance and investigative feedback.
- Maintain a living feature catalogue: version each prototype, capture business meaning, lineage and sample metrics so production data engineers can industrialize it.
- Support regulatory look-backs & ad-hoc research: replay historical data, craft quick queries and surface insights that help Compliance and Compliance Product teams respond to audits or enforcement actions.

- Expertise in SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark, or similar) within notebook workflows, plus hands-on experience with big data stacks such as Spark/Hadoop, Databricks and Alibaba DataWorks

What You’ll Be Doing
- Explore the data landscape: profile on-chain, off-chain, fiat and KYC datasets to understand structures, gaps and lineage. Document findings for downstream engineering teams.
- Prototype features for ML & rules: translate typologies and investigator hypotheses into measurable candidate variables (e.g., velocity, counterparty risk scores, graph metrics) using SQL/Python and big data.
- Validate data quality & drift: run one-off QC checks, anomaly detection and basic stratified sampling to confirm a feature’s stability before production hand-off.
- Collaborate with modelers & investigators: iterate quickly on feature definitions, and refine logic based on model performance and investigative feedback.
- Maintain a living feature catalogue: version each prototype, capture business meaning, lineage and sample metrics so production data engineers can industrialize it.
- Support regulatory look-backs & ad-hoc research: replay historical data, craft quick queries and surface insights that help Compliance and Compliance Product teams respond to audits or enforcement actions.

Responsibility:
- Managing IT projects related to Business Analysis, HR System and operational enhancements.
- Engage in projects involving RPA, Power Platform Applications, AI solutions, and other automation technologies.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, implementation, and production launches.
- Providing system support by addressing user inquiries and resolving production issues in operational stores, factories, and offices.
- Collaborating with internal development teams to enhance existing systems and improve process workflows.
- Diagnosing problems and conducting resolution analysis in collaboration with business units and application teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in a business analyst role.
- Preferred experience with Workday, UiPath, MS Power Platform applications, SharePoint, and basic SQL knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive and articulate.
