+ Guide, teach and push members of the Creative teams in developing concepts and be part of the creative process from strategy to concepts to execution
+ Autonomously own large projects from kickoff to completion, balancing multiple projects at once
+ Research and write articles, video scripts, podcast scripts, social copy and other custom content formats, and develop creative frameworks and copy for immersive experiences-both digital and physical
+ Assign, manage and edit content produced by our stable of freelance writers and vendors
+ Collaborate with cross-functional team on implementation feasibility to ensure conceptual ideas are realizable
+ Build confidence with clients through compelling presentation of content ideas Independent thinking and effective oral and written presentation skills are required
+ Collaborate, multi-task and work efficiently under the pressure of deadlines
**You'll need to have:**
+ 8+ years experience in an editorial capacity in-house or working in the media and advertising space
+ Experience writing stories for global brands across multiple verticals including but not limited to government, technology, energy, finance
+ Experience in client-facing roles, including participation activities such as client pitches and securing repeat business with major clients
+ Good presentation and time management skills
+ Ability to explain abstract, complex or cutting-edge ideas in a straightforward way - in other words, be able to write, but also translate data
+ Knowledge of the capabilities of modern web technologies and desire to stay at the forefront as new technologies emerge
+ Broad knowledge of social media and digital communications
+ Advanced knowledge of video, brand development, digital marketing and the creative process
+ Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely, helpful feedback to improve creative processes and to keep work on budget and schedule

Position Overview

Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is looking for a motivated and digital savvy Digital Content Operations Specialist to join the digital production team. The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
  • Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
  • Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
  • Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
  • Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country's operating models
  • Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
  • Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
  • Proactively monitor brand's digital properties across devices, channels, markets
  • Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
  • Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ
  • Keep up-to-date on Global & Country-level Consumer Marketing Calendars and effectively manage project timeline to bring all campaigns to life on-time, on-brand, at all times
  • Keep the consumer at the center when creating digital experiences across various digital platforms

Requirements

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment
  • Understands creative development and digital project processes
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
  • Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued
  • Knowledge with China, Japan, and/or Korea ecommerce market is a huge plus

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing digital projects, especially digital content in an ecommerce or digital agency environment

  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities across various channels
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • You are also a strong communicator and relationship builder; a hands-on and independent self-starter; and a creative thinker and problem solver
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms preferred
  • Experience with Salesforces or Adobe CMS is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
  • English fluency/advance knowledge is a must; fluency/advanced knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese and other Asian languages is highly valued
  • Knowledge with China, Japan, and/or Korea ecommerce market is a huge plus

Position Overview
Ralph Lauren Asia Pacific is looking for a motivated and digital savvy Digital Content Operations Specialist to join the digital production team. The Digital Content Operations Specialist will partner closely with our cross-functional and cross-regional counterparts in APAC and global HQ to support our site and digital channel partnership initiatives. The candidate must be well versed in the digital world and can utilize digital to elevate the customer and brand experience. The role requires a detail oriented, driven, and collaborative team player.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute and distribute digital creative for .com site content and online partnerships
  • Manage the digital production workflow to produce and deliver all ecommerce and digital needs such as seasonal creative, online media placements, and platform enhancements
  • Partner closely with the ecommerce and digital marketing teams to service all APAC markets including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and South East Asia
  • Route all creative and changes through appropriate stakeholders for review & approvals
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables
  • Create tech briefs in collaboration with regional ecommerce and/or marketing teams and publish content via vendors as applicable to each country's operating models
  • Ensure the creative/design team delivers high quality, on-brand designs on time
  • Effectively communicate and liaise with interdepartmental teams including marketing, IT, ecommerce, wholesale, legal, and global creative teams on digital content needs of the ecommerce businesses
  • Identify, implement, and collaborate on process improvements
  • Proactively monitor brand's digital properties across devices, channels, markets
  • Support QA of new creative design pages and production defects
  • Support the regions on bringing local content to life on digital flagship properties by closely collaborating with internal design teams in and Global HQ

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Content Creation for Hong Kong Audiences: Plan, create, and publish social content (posts, stories, short videos, infographics, how-tos) in Cantonese and English, focused on financial education, local trends, and the digital lifestyles of Hong Kong. Make every post, story, and video feel like it belongs in the city—authentic, contemporary, and local-first.
  • AI-Powered Content Excellence: Use AI tools for efficient copywriting, stunning visuals, and dynamic video—scaling up creative with speed and originality.
  • Social Listening & Community Engagement: Monitor Hong Kong’s digital pulse: trending topics, memes, customer feedback, and local forums (e.g., LIHKG, Discuss). Proactively engage in conversations, answer questions, and turn users into active fans.
  • Influencer & UGC Activation: Launch local influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns that resonate with Gen Z and Millennials in Hong Kong. Celebrate community voices—co-creating content that builds trust and buzz.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, sentiment) across Hong Kong’s social landscape. Use insights to iterate, learn, and improve—always chasing what’s next.
  • Internal Collaboration: Partner with Product, Brand, and Customer teams to localize launches, share user stories, and amplify campaigns that matter to Hong Kong.
  • Social Learning Leadership: Lead (or support, if Assistant Manager) weekly learning sessions on local trends, platform updates, and AI content tools—keeping the team ahead in Hong Kong’s fast-moving digital scene.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese, good command of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Banking/ Finance category writing experience would be an advantage.
  • Self-driven, team player, result-oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and AI tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy is a plus.
  • Applicants with less experience with strong potential may be considered for the Associate Manager position.
