Job Description:
The Director, Digital Distribution responsible for delivering valuable, innovative products to the Distribution users in line with the organization’s strategy. The role identifies the customer need and the larger business objectives that the product/feature will fulfill and ensures that solution developed is aligned to Value Stream Objectives. This role partners closely with Regional Office and Market digital teams and cross functional leaders across our Asia markets to execute a digital first distribution strategy to support existing distribution channels across all Asia business.
The role reports to Head of Distribution Excellence, Asia and is based in the Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Deliver regional programs in partnership with market and regional teams for key programs including Lead Management and Activity Management, Learning Management, Bancassurance sales tooling & Needs Analysis whilst working with Marketing, Operations and Data & Analytics teams to drive better lead acquisition and higher conversion rates
- Execute digital enablers / partnerships that aid in revenue growth or support distribution ecosystem
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support markets to optimize initiatives that transform and modernize advisor digital journey, and delivery of purpose-aligned outcomes with agile workstream & sprint relevant for each to achieve client & business outcomes. (all channels)
- Ability to set a vision and map the steps to achieve that vision
- Ability to translate day-to-day learnings and team inputs into strategic actions
- Aptitude for distilling high-level input into clear recommendations, deliverables, and actions
- Ability to both grasp big picture and have rigorous attention to detail
- Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders – strong leadership skills
- Strong problem solver with ability to lead teams to push solution concepts and quickly structure and break down problems
- Proven ability to build and cultivate trust-based relationships with diverse individuals within the team and client
- Key contact point between distribution channels and IT data analytics and transformation team and ability to work with cross functional and/or matrix type structures, and to support or lead execution streams across cross functional teams and business areas. Strong oral and written communication skills and a proven track record of communicating a vision and roadmap along with the resourcing needs to achieve it.
Education
- Bachelor degree holder in commerce or finance related
- 10+ years of work experience in banking and insurance industries
- Digitally savvy with understanding of agile management, digital platforms and data analytics.
- Deep knowledge of digital partnership management and strong financial awareness in sales performance and financial metrics to deliver growth.
- Strong Client focus mindset, able to develop collaborative partnership and create win-win outcomes with the leadership team and stakeholders.

Job Description:
Role Summary
- Manage the team for effective delivery of compensation payments (standard compensation, recruitment package, clubs / awards payments and campaign incentives) in accordance with the agreed service standards.
- Lead the distribution compensation related system enhancements.
- Provide reliable and quality services to all distribution channels relating to compensation matters; review compensation schemes for all channels; support new products and channels development from compensation’s perspectives; and monitor and analyze distribution expenses.
- To act as a subject matter expert on distribution compensation systems within the company. The role will be the architect for on-going system maintenance in the compensation module, oversee the implementation of system enhancements to cater for channel-specified compensation changes and explore the automation of flexible compensation payments.
- In an event there is a development of new Distribution Management System, this role will be the key person in providing opinions on the choice of system, development of design requirements, and leading the testing process to ensure smooth implementation.
- To ensure compensation schemes and payments are processed accurately and timely for all channels as well as to manage the agency benefits settlement including group life, medical & pension and to ensure the annual agency tax filing are reported to IRD accurately within the deadline.
- To improve administrative logistics & establish workable solutions on system setup for campaign incentives payments, making recommendations and driving changes in speeding up the debt collection process.
- To support business growth such as setting up proper process and system solutions for integration of MPF business partners and High Net Worth business platform with customized compensation payments arrangement.
- Degree holder with major in Business / Finance / Insurance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in distribution compensation payment with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity; candidates with experience in compensation system migration/ conversion will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in distribution compensation for multiple channels in insurance or banking industry
- Solid knowledge in agency / brokerage operations, life operations and pension operations will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, execution, organization and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills including comprehensive management view, financial acumen and visionary thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with and understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders

This role will be primarily responsible in the monitoring and mitigation of the distribution risks across the local business units. Working closely with the business unit risk management, compliance and distribution teams, the DRC will ensure adherence to the company's risk management requirements, nurture a culture of risk management and enhance the business quality.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Evaluate current risks and identify emerging risks facing the business and ensure that controls are properly focused
+ Drive a reduction in distribution risk, both in terms of total risk (value) and per capita (# of incidents)
+ Maintain a risk register for key distribution risks, mitigation plans and progress to closure. Establish a governance process for escalation of material risks
+ Reporting of the distribution risks and action plans on a regular basis
+ Respond to Audit and Compliance findings and assist in the development of remediation plans
+ Collaborate with Risk Management and Compliance teams to identify and share best practices with respect to risk management & controls
+ Maintain a high level of responsiveness to Risk Management and Audit Services, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements and standards
+ Work with the risk management team to drive the continuous improvement of the risk management framework, methodology, tools, and reporting (specific to distribution risks)
**Required Qualifications:**
+ CPA designation preferred, along with insurance industry experience.
+ At least 3 years of experience in Life insurance distribution function is required

Job Summary
Coordinate and support distribution center operations and warehouses efficient and effectively to achieve team objectives
General Responsibilities
- Support the development and enhancement of distribution center strategies, policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity, enhance productivity and minimize costs
- Coordinate with team members to ensure the warehouse picking process is running smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct routine checks on the condition of equipment and report problems/breakdowns immediately
- Apply and follow distribution center standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in day-to-day warehouse operations
- Conduct cycle counts, stock takes and analyses to drive stock accuracy
- Conduct inspections and go through all pertinent checklists related to the quality of goods
- Maintain relationships with logistic and transport vendors to ensure all delivery requirements are adhered to
- Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon to Fri) + 08:00 - 12:00 (Alternative Saturday)
- Work location: Tsing Yi
- Form 5 or above
- One to two years' experience in similar role years' experience in similar role

Job Description:
Role Summary
- Manage the team for effective delivery of compensation payments (standard compensation, recruitment package, clubs / awards payments and campaign incentives) in accordance with the agreed service standards.
- Lead the distribution compensation related system enhancements.
- Provide reliable and quality services to all distribution channels relating to compensation matters; review compensation schemes for all channels; support new products and channels development from compensation’s perspectives; and monitor and analyze distribution expenses.
- To act as a subject matter expert on distribution compensation systems within the company. The role will be the architect for on-going system maintenance in the compensation module, oversee the implementation of system enhancements to cater for channel-specified compensation changes and explore the automation of flexible compensation payments.
- In an event there is a development of new Distribution Management System, this role will be the key person in providing opinions on the choice of system, development of design requirements, and leading the testing process to ensure smooth implementation.
- To ensure compensation schemes and payments are processed accurately and timely for all channels as well as to manage the agency benefits settlement including group life, medical & pension and to ensure the annual agency tax filing are reported to IRD accurately within the deadline.
- To improve administrative logistics & establish workable solutions on system setup for campaign incentives payments, making recommendations and driving changes in speeding up the debt collection process.
- To support business growth such as setting up proper process and system solutions for integration of MPF business partners and High Net Worth business platform with customized compensation payments arrangement.
- Degree holder with major in Business / Finance / Insurance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in distribution compensation payment with minimum 5 years in managerial capacity; candidates with experience in compensation system migration/ conversion will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in distribution compensation for multiple channels in insurance or banking industry
- Solid knowledge in agency / brokerage operations, life operations and pension operations will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership, execution, organization and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills including comprehensive management view, financial acumen and visionary thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with and understand the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient user in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
