What you'll do:

  • Lead a team of product managers working on our core Consumer Platform products that make Klook the preferred app to discover and purchase experiences and related products for their travel
  • Drive customer growth and engagement by turning every customer interactions with the Klook App moments of Joy
  • Work closely and influence cross-vertical product teams to ensure that the end to end customer experience is optimal
  • Monitor product metrics, identify opportunities, and optimize functionality
  • Conduct quarterly and annual strategy and planning process for App user domain
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to share performances and roadmap

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business level or above fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
  • Passion for travel and a deep empathy for our customers around the world

  • Handle daily job tasks strictly in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and procedural manuals

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in banking or financial institutions, previous experience in product management will be an advantage
  • Strong marketing sense and familiar with investment products
  • Creative, initiative with good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

About The Role

As a member of the Digital Customer Acquisition, Ecosystem & O2O Transformation team, you will be responsible for delivering the bank's digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer and product acquisitionexperience while driving O2O transaformation. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to define a cohesive vision and establish clear delivery roadmaps. You will ensure effective project governance and seamless integration of all business functions to achieve operational readiness and successful delivery of business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead as a Digital Product Manager, initiating and driving strategic projects to deliver enhanced onboarding experiences and overseeing the comprehensive product roadmap for the Consumer Banking business
  • Pioneer new ideas and strategies for digital acquisition to attract new-to-bank (NTB) customers across diverse segments, reactivate customer relationships, and significantly strengthen their engagement with the bank
  • Strategically drive the online-to-offline (O2O) customer relationship management platform, ensuring seamless, AI-driven experiences from relationship managers to digital channels, underpinned by a robust data-driven and sales-oriented mindset
  • Optimize and oversee data-centric day-to-day operations, including advanced data analysis, comprehensive data report control, and managing monthly data research initiatives to extract actionable insights
  • Lead in-depth analysis of offshore customer acquisition banking behaviors (e.g., Greater Bay Area (GBA) and identifying and implementing innovative and operational initiatives to effectively cater to their banking needs in Hong Kong
  • Oversee and direct post-implementation tasks, including developing and conducting user training for touch-points, leading production problem investigations, conducting thorough post-implementation reviews, and managing escalation processes
  • Champion innovative solutions, including spearheading digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies, while meticulously managing project metrics, identifying and mitigating risk factors, resolving issues, and handling dependencies
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with project governance frameworks and all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Leverage the control tower effectively to proactively monitor product performance, swiftly identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements to significantly enhance user experience and productivity
  • Actively foster a positive work culture emphasizing purpose-driven objectives, relationship-led collaboration, innovative thinking, decisive action in a fun and an engaging environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Digital Banking with agile Project Management or Product Owner experience
  • Strong data driven mindset and experience with track record and good industry and onshore and offshore customers’ insights
  • Digital Onboarding and Customer Acquisition experience would be advantageous
  • AI knowledge experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders and develop compelling proposals, reports and presentations
  • Creative thinking, innate curiosity and strong desire to drive, deliver and contribute innovative ideas that will grow the business and deliver value
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Strong understanding in Consumer Banking business and wealth products & sales process (is not a must, would be preferred)
  • Knowledge of UX design, customer discovery and Adobe Analytics is helpful

About The Role
As a member of the Digital Customer Acquisition, Ecosystem & O2O Transformation team, you will be responsible for delivering the bank's digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer and product acquisitionexperience while driving O2O transaformation. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to define a cohesive vision and establish clear delivery roadmaps. You will ensure effective project governance and seamless integration of all business functions to achieve operational readiness and successful delivery of business outcomes.
Responsibilities

  • Lead as a Digital Product Manager, initiating and driving strategic projects to deliver enhanced onboarding experiences and overseeing the comprehensive product roadmap for the Consumer Banking business
  • Pioneer new ideas and strategies for digital acquisition to attract new-to-bank (NTB) customers across diverse segments, reactivate customer relationships, and significantly strengthen their engagement with the bank
  • Strategically drive the online-to-offline (O2O) customer relationship management platform, ensuring seamless, AI-driven experiences from relationship managers to digital channels, underpinned by a robust data-driven and sales-oriented mindset
  • Optimize and oversee data-centric day-to-day operations, including advanced data analysis, comprehensive data report control, and managing monthly data research initiatives to extract actionable insights
  • Lead in-depth analysis of offshore customer acquisition banking behaviors (e.g., Greater Bay Area (GBA) and identifying and implementing innovative and operational initiatives to effectively cater to their banking needs in Hong Kong
  • Oversee and direct post-implementation tasks, including developing and conducting user training for touch-points, leading production problem investigations, conducting thorough post-implementation reviews, and managing escalation processes
  • Champion innovative solutions, including spearheading digital transformation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies, while meticulously managing project metrics, identifying and mitigating risk factors, resolving issues, and handling dependencies
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with project governance frameworks and all relevant regulatory requirements
  • Leverage the control tower effectively to proactively monitor product performance, swiftly identify and resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements to significantly enhance user experience and productivity
  • Actively foster a positive work culture emphasizing purpose-driven objectives, relationship-led collaboration, innovative thinking, decisive action in a fun and an engaging environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Digital Banking with agile Project Management or Product Owner experience
  • Strong data driven mindset and experience with track record and good industry and onshore and offshore customers’ insights
  • Digital Onboarding and Customer Acquisition experience would be advantageous
  • AI knowledge experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders and develop compelling proposals, reports and presentations
  • Creative thinking, innate curiosity and strong desire to drive, deliver and contribute innovative ideas that will grow the business and deliver value
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Strong understanding in Consumer Banking business and wealth products & sales process (is not a must, would be preferred)
  • Knowledge of UX design, customer discovery and Adobe Analytics is helpful

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Digital Product Management.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will

  • Be the product owner, lead the strategic planning and execution of data driven product development, covering OpenAPI initiatives
  • Establish the product roadmap that can balance the evolving customer needs, regulatory standard and optimizing the business outcomes. Develop a cost-efficient and sustainable operating model in running the product
  • Work closely with technology & transformation teams to ensure the features are delivered on time and within budget. Be hands-on and remove delivery blockers through taking appropriate actions
  • Lead thinking on mobile journey design, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class customer experience; Own, define and monitor OKRs to evaluate product success (user uptake, data adoption, revenue growth, etc.). Proactively propose and take actions that can out-perform the OKRs by constantly improving the solutions, communication plan and business strategies
  • Partner with marketing and communication teams to develop go-to-market and commercialisation strategies; Be the thought leader, defining the business use cases riding on OpenAPI initiatives. Partner with retail product and wealth teams to adopt the use cases
  • Together with data scientists and engineers, draw actionable insights from data ecosystem that can benefit the business and improve customer experience
  • Maintain a strong product proposition via evaluating customer feedback, analysing market trend and adopting emerging technologies for the product
  • Collaborate with risk teams, eg. compliance and legal, to ensure the product and use cases comply with the product governance, data privacy law and related regulatory requirements; Deliver the evolving regulatory requirements and take informed decisions to minimize customer and business impact
Requirements
To be successful you will need
  • Extensive experience in digital product management and equivalent Product Owner roles. Proven track record of leading a product development squad under an agile environment
  • Lead thinking on mobile journey design that can drive product uptake and facilitate the commercialisation strategies
  • Up-to-date knowledge on industry advancements in OpenAPI and data-led initiatives (including AI) will be an advantage; Experience working in/with wealth and retail products to drive adoption of business use cases is preferred
  • Strong understanding of data privacy law and regulatory policies related to mobile banking, Open API/data-led projects is preferred; Excellent communication skill with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with UX/I design principles, mobile app development cycle, APIs and data analytic tools; Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS ML Specialty) or product management is preferred
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence); Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Photographing (shooting) task
  • Assist E-Commerce dept.'s daily clerical & logistic task
  • Update the product information to the E-Commerce website
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

  • Graduated from design study will be an advantage
  • Interest in photo-shooting & photographic task are welcome
  • Experience in photographic advertisement and with luxury brand experience is an advantage;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with good written skill in Chinese and English
  • Level N3 or above pass in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) is an advantage
  • Good command in Microsoft Office (excel, words, ppt)
  • Good team player with can-do and positive attitude
  • Able to work in shift base
  • Available for working 3 days per week & 5-6 hours per day at least
