Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, training, and sales performance? We're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to help us scale our commercial functions by equipping sales teams with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.

This is a strategic role focused on building a systematic approach to learning and performance enablement. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing training programs and tools that drive consistent revenue growth and boost team productivity.

Learning & Development

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for sales teams, including in-person workshops, online courses, and product-focused enablement sessions
  • Emphasize product knowledge, competitive positioning, and client interaction best practices

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and HR to align training materials with brand messaging, corporate culture, and onboarding standards

LMS & Productivity Tools Management

  • Implement, manage, and continuously improve learning systems (LMS) and tools that support sales productivity and efficiency

Content Development & Adaptation

  • Create and update enablement content (guides, presentations, learning modules) in line with product updates and market shifts

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs using key metrics and feedback
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement

Sales Team Support

  • Deliver 1:1 and team coaching sessions
  • Organize knowledge-sharing initiatives and internal events that drive engagement and motivation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Project Management
  • Proven success in deploying LMS platforms and creating training programs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, LMS tools, and sales support platforms
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent collaboration skills, especially when working with Marketing, HR, and Sales
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Position Summary

Work Experience

7+ years of total working experience or equivalent. 3+ of those years focused on the planning, design, development and implementation learning and development initiatives in a corporate setting. Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills shown by a demonstrated ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and trust with key stakeholders and employees at all levels
  • Thorough understanding of learning and development processes and knowledge on adult learning techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a multicultural, multinational environment
  • Hands-on experience in training program design and delivery
  • Knowledge of LMS administration (Saba preferred), eLearning course development and standards (e.g. SCORM). Knowledge and skills in video production, multimedia tools and virtual training applications would be an advantage
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and leadership, taking a lead role where required and supporting where appropriate
  • An in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing, engineering and/or automotive industry is required
  • Excellent service mindset, independent, self-motivated, organized, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure

  • Source, evaluate, and manage external training vendors, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain a strong vendor pipeline for scalable and future-ready L&D initiatives.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, KPIs, and ROI analysis to refine programs.
  • Support company-wide projects, such as cultural activation initiatives and consumer centricity frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, instructional design, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of L&D experience, preferably in a multinational corporation. Proven track record in: curriculum design (leadership + competency-based programs), e-learning platforms (e.g., Udemy Business, LMS) and training facilitation for diverse employee levels.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into learning solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Passion for employee development and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Initiate and develop the sales leadership training strategies to drive the company agency growth in terms of number of active recruiters and number of young leaders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor agency strategies (including but not limited to High New Worth business, MCI focused training and Development, Agency Productivity Enhancement) for agency productivity growth and agency team development.
  • Implements tailor-made agency training (both face-to-face and online) & business-driven development programs to enhance advisors’ competency in sales professionalism & client services.
  • Cultivate agency recruitment culture.
  • Develop IANG and MCI focused training.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all agency training initiatives and measures and analyzes training results.
  • Develop and groom a pool of trainers in terms of course content development and training delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. DoA, Agency Support, Product Team, Product Business Development Team, High Net Worth Team, Life Operations, MFP etc.) to boost agency sales and attract/retain quality agency force.
  • Communicate and disseminate key information and company directions to the agency force and garner feedback for effective decision making.
  • Establishes rapport and trust within agencies through closely knitted relationship management.
  • Ensure effective communication and relationship between company and agency by regular interaction with all levels of managers and advisors
  • Monitor and ensure all program logistics including training record and performance reports are accurate and updated

Job Requirement

  • Degree holder
  • At least 10 years of experience at management level on developing, training and educating sales management and field force, direct sales and management involving financial products. Actual direct selling experience from the industry is an advantage
  • Applies expert knowledge of insurance industry, business operations, and products with emphasis on agency distribution system.
  • Applies in-depth understanding of adult learning philosophies and how to apply them to course development and delivery.
  • Applies expert knowledge of basic and advanced sales techniques, selling approaches to curriculum development and delivery.
  • Solid experience in end-to-end training curriculum development and delivery (both face-to-face and online training).
