Job Responsibilities
- Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout.

- Interfaces directly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Identifies project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process; conducts standard request for proposals; completes bid analysis; recommends resources to clients.
- Leads project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.
- Implements project documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
- Demonstrates ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience in Facilities Management or Project Management.
- Experiences in Oil & Gas industries is an asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

Job DescriptionAbout the Company:
- We design, build, and operate electricity power systems, power stations, electricity generators, and renewable energy projects across APAC.
- We provide reliable, affordable, and efficient electricity supply to support various industries and infrastructures.
- We offer a comprehensive range of power systems and customized solutions, including emergency power, standby power, peak power, and continuous power.
- Our clients include construction contractors, E&M firms, consultants, data centers, and direct customers like hotels and manufacturing plants.
The Role:
- Report to the Head of Sales.
- Develop new sales opportunities in the APAC region as an individual contributor.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities for diesel/gas gensets and renewable energy industries across APAC countries.
- Follow up inquiry, tenders, including preparing quotations and tender submissions.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers and consultants on system design and pre-tender proposals.
- Promote company products through sales activities, seminars, and exhibitions.
- Plan and achieve sales targets.
- Requirements include a degree, 3+ years of sales/business development experience (preferably in building & construction sector), experience in engineering sales/marketing, exposure to APAC markets, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and willingness to travel frequently within APAC.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week.

- Report to Head of Sales
- Function as an individual contributor to develop new sales opportunities in APAC region
- To identify and develop sales opportunities for diesel/gas genset and renewable energy industries in APAC countries
- To follow up inquiry, tender, including preparation of necessary quotation and tender submission
- To provide technical advice and support for customer, consultant on the system design, pre-tender proposal
- To promote company products, including sales, seminar, exhibition activities
- To plan and achieve sales budget
- Degree holder
- 3+ years sales/business development experience preferably selling to the building & construction sector
- Experience from sales and marketing in engineering field will also be suitable
- Exposure to APAC market
- Proficient in English and Chinese (mandarin)
- Frequent business trips to APAC is required
- 5 days work
