Responsibilities
  • Lead the setup and improvement projects for warehouse facilities and provide technical advice to support various business units in HK, PRC and overseas
  • Prepare technical proposals, reports, budgets and project schedules
  • Handle procurement documents, including but not limited to tender documents, technical drawings, purchase orders and payment recommendations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure work objectives can be achieved
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety of mechanical & electrical installations
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve work outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • With at least 6 years of solid experience in construction project design and management
  • Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is required
  • Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker A is an advantage
  • Membership in HKIE, IMechE, IEEE, CIBSE or equivalent is a plus
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager - Engineering

  • Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning for engineering operations

**Job Description:**
Joining the Markets Application Production Services (MAPS) APAC team, you will be part of a global function responsible for the managing production systems across Global Markets Technology. You will work in a fast paced environment, leading multiple teams of front office facing application production specialists supporting entire APAC Equities business. You will regularly interact with senior execs/head of businesses/desk heads up to the level of MDs and closely partner with SMEs to senior execs/MDs within development and infrastructure teams in region and global to deliver to the regional Equities business as one Technology team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate good acumen, flexibility and has the ability to assimilate, organize and present information quickly for the business and senior technology executives. This is a critical role requiring a highly motivated and dedicated individual with strong leadership, strategic thinking and a desire to take the team to the next level.
**Responsibilities:**
The role is fully responsible for managing the provision of application support to multiple LOBs within Global Markets Equities business in APAC. The role involves defining technical and people strategy, facing off to multiple senior business execs, coordinating stability programs, driving strategic improvements and managing major incidents. Additionally, the role will closely work with onshore and offshore groups worldwide to continue to operate and improve our global support model. This is a high-profile role requiring a highly motivated and dedicated individual who can provide technical and people leadership and is able to operate in a fast paced environment requiring flexibility, acumen and the ability to assimilate information quickly.
**Required Skills:**
+ 20+ Years overall technology experience, with at least 10 years covering Equities, with experience of managing application production support across multiple asset classes/functional areas such as Cash Equities, Electronic trading, Execution services, Derivatives, Prime, Stock Loan
+ Domain knowledge, gained through hands on experience of supporting Equities and sub-lobs within Equities
+ Experience of leading transformative programs/projects in application production support space to improve stability, enable the business and modernize the application production support function
+ Well versed with regulatory framework governing technology incidents across APAC region
+ Thorough understanding of technical areas such as Unix/Linux, Database (Sybase/SQL/Oracle), Perl, Python, Infrastructure, gained through hands on experience of supporting various applications and technologies
+ Track record of leading and managing medium to large teams spread across countries
+ Influential and collaborative skills to drive organization wide changes by embracing change and be a catalyst
+ Experience and thorough understanding of critical aspects for production support such as monitoring, recovery and routines such as recovery simulations and driving the development of required tooling
+ Thorough understanding of ITIL concepts, tools such as ITSM and Service Now. Experience of being involved in migrating to service now will be a big plus
+ Experience with tools such as ITRS-Geneos, Splunk, Dynatrace, Observability, Corvil in an operational role
+ Client relationship/service management experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to support our Office Operations Director and contribute to the smooth execution of infrastructure and transport-related projects.

Position: Admin Officer
This role is ideal for candidates with strong administrative and documentation skills. Prior experience in an engineering consulting environment, particularly in transport or infrastructure sectors, is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative and secretarial support to the Office Operations Director
  • Manage documentation, correspondence, and project records
  • Coordinate project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
  • Organize meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare monitoring plans and compile reports, proposals, and tender documents
  • Assist with engineering and ISO-related documentation
  • Maintain and update project files
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidates
  • Degree holder in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or project support roles
  • Exposure to engineering, project, or tender documentation is an advantage
  • Familiarity with ISO documentation is a plus
  • Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Description
THE COMPANY :

  • We specialized in water system lesisure & wellness facilities including but not limited to : swimming pool & water feature, musical fountain, water park, spa facilities, artificial waterfall, health club facilities, ice skating rink.etc
  • Our services : we plan, design, supply equipment, installation, maintenance and other related technical services
  • Our clients : government, property developers, hotels, club houses, spa companies, design consultants, direct corporate clients in Hong Kong & Macau
  • We are looking for ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :
The Job
  • Diploma/Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience related to quantity surveying
  • Experience in E&M, building or construction field
  • Preferably with some knowledge in preparation of sub-letting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, estimating and cost control and tendering
  • Experience or interest in swimming pool/spa facilities/fountain projects/water projects/plumbing projects is a plus
  • Team work to participate in daily quantity surveying role
  • Assist in tender preparation, material ordering, measuring and valuing variation orders etc.
  • Assist in a wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims etc
  • Preparation of Cost, Estimates for the Project and recast into Project Control Budget;
  • Assist Contract Administration activities related major engineering and construction contracts;
  • Assist in Project Management with assessments of Contractors' Estimates/Change Orders and provide recommendations when required Benchmark contractor estimates against company historical cost database;
  • Report to Contract / Project Manager
  • No trips is required
  • 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
  • Annual leave : 14 days
