In this key role, you will ensure that our business operations consistently comply with corporate policies, guidelines, ethics compliance, and financial integrity. The ideal candidate is expected to demonstrate a steadfast commitment to upholding the Group's high ethical standards and continuously enhancing the Group's risk management and internal control frameworks.
Here is what you need to know about this role:
- Plan and assess the internal control systems of the supply chain operations by using analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, and Python) empowered by AI.
- Identify opportunities for implementing AI-enhanced internal controls and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on risk exposures and internal control issues across operational and financial areas.
- Benchmark corporate governance practices against industry leaders recognized for exemplary governance.
- Conduct ad-hoc assignments and investigations of alleged misconducts or malpractices as required.
You will be a good fit if you have.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT or related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISSP are desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and consulting firm or MNCs, with expertise in audit, risk & internal control advisory, process transformation, or related functions.
- Keen interest in the global sourcing or manufacturing of consumer goods and freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Proactive with a critical and analytical mindset; proficient in report writing.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Assist in organising and preparing papers for Board, Board committees and shareholders meetings
- Assist in preparing statutory filings and maintaining proper statutory records
- Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circulars, ESG Report and SFO filings
- Assist in handling compliance issues in order to meet the standard on corporate governance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
- Assist in drafting simple legal contracts, proof read legal document
- Assist insurance renewal and claims
- Responsible for meeting scheduling, general coordination, travel arrangements and administrative support to the department
- Conduct research/project works/ad-hoc projects as directed from time to time
Who You'll Work With
You will report to the supervisor(s) in performing your daily duties and you are also required to work closely with your team members
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder
- 1 year company secretarial experience gained from reputable professional firms or Hong Kong listed companies is preferred
- Fresh graduate will be considered
- Basic knowledge of the Listing Rules, SFO and Companies Ordinance
- Student member of HKICS / ICSA
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word and Excel, including Chinese word processing)
- Immediate available is preferred
