The Role
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee trading operations for Fidelity's Hong Kong Equity Trading Desk. This role is central to ensuring seamless execution of international equities and foreign exchange (FX) trades across our global trading platforms. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Manager Portfolio Management.
Principal Responsibilities
In this role you will
- Formulate and implement Unsecured Lending business strategies to deliver business targets
- Drive and implement initiatives to grow Credit Card Instalments and other forms of Card Lending portfolios to foster sustainable and profitable growth
- Develop and launch new solutions to enhance customer experience in borrowing
- Analyse and understand the market and customers, determine customer segment requirements, and formulate effective and differentiated initiatives to increase engagement and profitability
- Keep track and optimize Unsecured Lending portfolios margins and costs
- Work closely with payments services providers/ card associations to explore and capture new opportunities
- Ensure regulatory, compliance to Group standards and audit directives are met
Requirements
To be successful you will need
- University degree holder, preferably majoring in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Working experience in credit cards or personal lending, or other banking products management with good understanding about product profitability dynamics
- Sensitive to numbers and able to come up with actionable insights leveraging on data & analytics
- High degree of personal drive and resilience, with good interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in project management and implementation with an analytical mindset
- Able to work with stakeholders from various functions and disciplines to drive business outcomes
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with creative and critical thinking
- Strong understanding across different business units in Wealth and Personal Banking
