To qualify for the role you must have

  • Share best practices and successful strategies across teams to standardize the pitch process.
  • Utilize tools and software to streamline pitch development with automated templates and data-driven insights.
  • Manage the pitch process from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are efficient.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of core business development experience in a law firm
  • Preferably business development experience for Litigation, Arbitration, and Investigations
  • Strong strong project management skills to deliver compelling pitches on time, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience utilizing pitch-related tools and technologies to develop tailored value propositions and adapt materials to client needs
  • Ability to independently manage straightforward pitch processes from start to finish
  • Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin and English
