Why does this Role exist:
The Data Center Facilities Technician is a member of the 24x7 Data Center Facilities Management team and reports to the Facilities Manager. He/she is responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and installations, and collaborating with others to resolve incidents and ensure smooth operations of data center facilities.
What do we basically expect from you:
To have a passion for data center mission-critical facilities management space.
What would you be expected to do:
- Maintain and operate the facilities of the data center.
- Escalate issues to external facility contractors and internal customers. Supervise external facility contractors to carry out scheduled maintenance activities.
- Provide installation of power strips, equipment racks, rack shelving, cables, and customer equipment.
- Respond to emergencies in an on-call rotation.
Educational Qualifications and Experience needed for this job:
- Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Service Engineering or equivalent
What really catches our eye:
- At least 2 years of experience in building/construction/hotel/property industry environment
- Good understanding of the legal requirements for the installation and maintenance of building facilities
- Experience in data center/telecommunications industry is an advantage.
- Holder of registered Electrical worker license A
- Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
- Shift duty is required

- We are the property owner (landlord) of Grade-A commercial building located in Hong Kong
- We are looking for TECHNICAL OFFICER - with details as follows :
- Lead and oversee the repair & maintenance works and fitting-out projects for Company-owned Commercial Buildings
- Prepare and review tender documents for repair & maintenance builders work and fitting-out projects.
- Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers, and the in-house technical service team to ensure workmanship, schedule, and budget align with prescribed requirements and specifications.
- Oversee the procurement process, ensuring full compliance with Company policies and Statutory requirements.
- Work with and assist the in-house Building Service Team for the technical aspects of handover with tenants
- Manage and monitor the work of in-house Technicians when required
- Tertiary educated in Building Surveying, Building Studies, Building Technology.etc or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in building maintenance
- Experience in property owner (landlord) side is a plus
- Experience in Commercial buildings is a plus
- Proficient in Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days

Retail Distribution
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Branch Operations Management Manager , reporting to Head of Service and Operation.
Principal Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procedures related to Branch network to identify improvement opportunities for streamlining, Branch operations improvement and controls
- Manage daily branch operation and operational risk with effective measures in place to ensure adherence to Group and local standards
- Execute measures in support of Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Financial Crime Risk policies and ensure implementation excellence
- Responsible for driving remedial actions from periodic assessments, internal and external audits
- Manage and perform incident management, central cashier support and regulatory risk activities
- Obtain staff and customer feedback through regular meetings, branch visits, complaints and NPS to enhance staff and customer satisfaction
- Support the Head of Service and Operation and collaborate closely within Retail Distribution and wider business units including 2nd & 3rd line-of-defense
- Support Retail Distribution Management in deploying control measures to adhere to the emerging risk
- Solid retail banking experience, with exposure in retail distribution
- Proven track record in operation management, branch process, control and workflow design
- Good people leadership to engage, motivate and develop team
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- University degree in Business or related disciplines is preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

Retail Distribution
Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 260 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Branch Operations Management Manager , reporting to Head of Service and Operation.
Principal Responsibilities
- Plan and execute procedures related to Branch network to identify improvement opportunities for streamlining, Branch operations improvement and controls
- Manage daily branch operation and operational risk with effective measures in place to ensure adherence to Group and local standards
- Execute measures in support of Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Financial Crime Risk policies and ensure implementation excellence
- Responsible for driving remedial actions from periodic assessments, internal and external audits
- Manage and perform incident management, central cashier support and regulatory risk activities
- Obtain staff and customer feedback through regular meetings, branch visits, complaints and NPS to enhance staff and customer satisfaction
- Support the Head of Service and Operation and collaborate closely within Retail Distribution and wider business units including 2nd & 3rd line-of-defense
- Support Retail Distribution Management in deploying control measures to adhere to the emerging risk
- Solid retail banking experience, with exposure in retail distribution
- Proven track record in operation management, branch process, control and workflow design
- Good people leadership to engage, motivate and develop team
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
- University degree in Business or related disciplines is preferred
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of Credit Card Settlement, ATM Settlement, Time Deposit, Faster Payment System (FPS) and Autopay Operations.
- Formulate strategic plans for the section to meet with service and operational goals set by the management
- Monitor and review the set up, maintenance and updates of the processing systems and operating procedures of the section
- Implement operations policies and procedures of the section to ensure they are carried out in proper manner and are strictly followed by branches and the staff in the section
- Assist Department Head to handle personnel functions including hiring and training to ensure the smooth running of the Department
- Co-ordinate with Transaction Processing Centre Head to maintain a good operational control and branch activities
- Work with Retail Banking Product Team to advise on new products operational design
- Provide operations support to AML Compliance Officer on AML activities and new account opening
- University graduate or equivalent academic achievement
- At least 8-10 years corporate banking experience of which 6-8 years are in operations management position
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products/ services and their operational activities
- Knowledge of the regulations and procedures of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Ltd (HKICL) and CCASS from the Hong Kong Security Clearing Co (HKSCC)
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent managerial and planning skills
- Initiative, systematic, active and energetic
- Good communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
