- Develop clear event rules, reward mechanisms (e.g., token rewards, financial product rewards), and budgets to ensure events are compliant and highly appealing.
Full-Lifecycle Project Management And Execution
- Independently manage the entire online campaign lifecycle, from planning and testing to launch, promotion, and post-event reward distribution.
- Collaborate closely with product, tech, design, customer service, and risk control teams to ensure smooth development of event pages, fair rules, and system stability.
- Proficiently use exchange back-end systems and marketing automation tools to configure, launch, and monitor events.
Data Analysis And Quantitative Evaluation
- Set clear, quantifiable KPIs for each event, such as the number of participating users, net new trading volume, new user registration conversion rate, net asset inflow, and ROI (Return on Investment).
- Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., internal data platforms, BI systems) to perform in-depth user behavior analysis, evaluate event effectiveness, and accurately calculate event rewards.
- Write data-driven post-mortem reports to identify key success and failure factors and continuously iterate and optimize event strategies.
Cross-Cultural Communication And Collaboration
