About the Role:
As a Care Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our healthcare services in Hong Kong and the broader APAC region. Your role will focus on three key areas:
- User Support & Medical Concierge - Ensuring high-quality patient support and a seamless digital healthcare experience
- Healthcare Professional (HCP) Relationship & Recruitment - Expanding and maintaining our network of high-quality medical professionals
- Stakeholder Relations - Managing key partnerships with pharmacies, insurers, and regulatory bodies to enhance service delivery
Reporting Structure:
This role reports to the Care Quality Director and Country Head.
Key Responsibilities: 2. Healthcare Professional (HCP) Relationship & Recruitment 3. Stakeholder Relations
- User Support & Medical Concierge
- Oversee the quality of patient interactions, ensuring timely and effective medical support
- Monitor service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement to enhance the patient experience
- Collaborate with internal teams (Care Quality, AI Lab, Tech) to improve digital health solutions and optimize user journeys
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations in Hong Kong and APAC regarding telemedicine services
- Lead the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of HCPs across APAC, with a focus on Hong Kong
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices in digital healthcare
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and specialists to build a high-quality telemedicine network
- Maintain up-to-date records of HCP credentials, certifications, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain partnerships with pharmacies, insurers, and healthcare providers to ensure smooth service integration
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and local regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with APAC healthcare laws
- Support the expansion of our product portfolio in new APAC markets by assessing local healthcare landscapes and regulatory requirements
- Oversee prescription fulfillment processes, ensuring pharmacy SLAs are met and aligned with telemedicine best practices
Ideal Profile:
- Passion for healthcare innovation and digital health solutions
- Strong background in healthcare, preferably with experience as a healthcare professional or in managing healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to say "no" when necessary and enforce deadlines effectively
- Proficient in spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software
- Experience in an international and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the healthcare landscape in APAC jurisdictions, especially China and Hong Kong, including knowledge of local regulatory requirements, cultural differences, and market nuances is highly desirable
- Experience working with regional healthcare providers, pharmacies, or regulatory bodies in Asia is a significant advantage
- Experience with healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, or Hong Kong's PDPO) is a valuable plus
- Prior experience in Hong Kong's healthcare system, particularly working with local pharmacies or healthcare providers, is a huge plus
- Experience in IT project management would be a valuable bonus.
Full time role (40 hours a week), 9 am to 6pm. This role involves close collaboration with teams in both Asia and Europe. While the role is remote, the ideal candidate should spend most of their time in Hong Kong (and/or the Greater Bay Area) to effectively manage local operations and build relationships.

The company is a well-established healthcare brand with a significant presence in Hong Kong, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute high-impact promotional campaigns. This role requires a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for brand storytelling through different media and platforms.
Job Description
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies across channels and platforms, including both ATL and BTL initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and media partners to plan and optimize media spend to maximize brand exposure,
- Oversee the creation of promotional content including video, social media posts, and advertising materials.
- Monitor event performance and audience engagement metrics.
- Manage relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners.
- Track campaign budgets, timelines, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to refine future strategies.
- Prepare post-campaign reports and presentations for senior management.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields with at least 10 years of relevant experience in marketing and brand management in FMCG, healthcare industry.
- Proven marketing campaign experience
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese.

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-calibre, and experienced marketing professional to join our Service Promotion Department.
Responsibilities:- Organise HKTDC’s marketing/promotional programs and activities for promoting the medical and healthcare sector, including an anchor conference on health innovation and investment in Hong Kong and other overseas/mainland promotions.
- Recruit quality Hong Kong and overseas investors and start-ups/project owners to join the anchor conference, and arrange deal-making and business matching activities, as well as other healthcare-related promotional activities.
- Handle deal-making/business matching success stories reporting, publicity, and budget planning.
- Liaise and coordinate with HKTDC Branch Offices, local multipliers, and external parties to solicit support from sponsors, industry institutions, business associations, and individual companies for participation in our events.
- Manage event logistics such as exhibition arrangements, venue setup, and vendor management.
- Monitor global market developments and industry trends in the healthcare sector.
- Handle additional assignments, on-site support, and administrative duties as needed.
- A recognized university degree with at least 5 years’ experience, preferably in sales and marketing, exhibition/event organization, or public/corporate relations within sizable organizations.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s economy, trade, and business environment across various industries and markets.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
- Superior skills in sales, marketing, and communication.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and team-working skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, with good project planning abilities.
- Innovative, flexible, and capable of delivering under time and resource constraints.
- Knowledge of healthcare services sectors and experience in organizing events and conferences is an added advantage.
