As a Business Immigration Consultant, you will:
- Work primarily to assist our clients with their consular and document services needs.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of visa applications at the various Embassies and Consulates, as well as procuring and authenticating documents.
- Manage the end-to-end Hong Kong inbound visa application process, including preparation and filing of visa applications, liaising with clients and the Immigration Department, following up on application status and providing timely updates to our clients.
- Maintaining a full caseload in an organised and efficient manner while adhering to deadlines
- Regularly review cases and pipelines for corporate clients.
- Provide high level of client services ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as maintain good relationships and provide professional support to clients and other stakeholders.
- Manage and operate firm’s case management system and client files to ensure smooth delivery of our business.
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor(s).

- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant immigration working experience preferably handling consular visa processes.
- Patient, detail-minded, able to perform strong analytical and problem-solving skills under a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and multi-tasking.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) is an advantage.
- Candidates with more / less experience will also be considered for other levels of positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of documents for immigration or visa application
- Advise clients to ensure their people movement plan is compliant with immigration rules and procedures
- Provide effective and structured solutions to ensure clients’ applications for immigration and visa are completed in a timely manner
- Keep abreast of immigration legislation developments
- Build up and maintain good relationships with immigration officer and be able to deal with their enquiries in an effective manner
- Interact with different parties, including clients and KPMG overseas offices, to complete ad hoc global immigration related assignments
- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- 3 to 6 years' experience in immigration services, global mobility, human resources
- Experience in dealing with immigration authorities preferred
- Strong attention to details and high sense of responsibilities
- Strong presentation skills with an excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Possess good client relationship skills
- Well organized with ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure

We are currently seeking mid-senior employment lawyers to join us and work with our Fortune 500 clients:
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support to global HR functions and advising on employment related legal matters
- Provide subject matter legal advice on employment law matters across APAC, including but not limited to, employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Take a lead role in managing external counsels
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on employment law topics for HR teams and management.
- Provide support to senior management and participate in strategic planning for improvement
- Assist in the resolution of employment disputes, including handling grievances, mediations, and representing the company in employment-related litigation.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.

Who are we looking for?
