The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (“HKTDC”), the statutory organisation promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic and high-caliber professional to join our Creative Department.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the overall production of 2D graphics and the workflow system for corporate events and trade fairs (including on-site supervision)
- Plan ahead and provide creative input, set innovative graphic templates for team members to follow
- Give art direction / artistic advice in different phases of production of corporate publicity materials, including at printing process, photo shoots, and during video filming, editing / multi-media devices
- Prepare concept presentations to pitch to internal customers
- Liaise with different departments on design requirements
- Cooperate with 3D designers / DO colleagues on the creative workflow system for assigned projects
- Quality control of work assigned
- Maintain good quality control and improve cost-efficiency on all projects with suppliers
- Handle ad hoc / special projects assigned by DH/CR
- Provide assistance for on-site setup and preparations
- Degree holder with 8 years relevant working experience in graphic and branding design is required. Non-degree holders with strong experience will also be considered
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere & Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Proven record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product lifecycle
- Strong organisational, project management, and planning skills; able to prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality
- Strong design sense and able to work independently or in a team to meet tight project deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & Chinese
- Responsible and self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a good team player
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with short timelines
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical, and dental benefits, will be offered.

- Report to Financial Controller
- Work in Accounting Team of 5 members
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- General Ledger Management: Prepare general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes.
- Payroll Management: Work with HR to manage payroll functions, such as processing payroll.

Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Internationally renowned & award winning interior design company
- Main projects : 5-star hotels and luxurious residential projects located in HK, China and Asia Pacific
- We are looking for SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - with details as follows :
- Tertiary education in Interior or Architectural Design
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in hospitality design for international five-star hotel will be an advantage
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
- Moderate level of experience in design/planning principles and interpretation of design concepts
- Ability to produce and communicate with design team through hand sketch or 3D program is a must
- Site work experiences & furniture prototype review will be an advantage
- Good design ability and knowledge of production drawings, interior detailing, material usage and FF&E package.
- Experience in shop drawing review will be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Customer service skills and comfortable interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff
- 5 days work
