- We are looking for SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Degree holder in Architectural or Interior Design
- 10 years or above related working experience
- Strong design ability and experience in high end residential and/or hospitality interior design
- Lead the design team and manage multiple projects in entirety
- A good team player with strong management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written English and/or Chinese, fluent spoken in Mandarin and/or English is in advantage

Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Internationally renowned & award winning interior design company
- Main projects : 5-star hotels and luxurious residential projects located in HK, China and Asian countries
- We are looking for SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Degree holder in Architectural or Interior Design
- 10 years or above related working experience
- Strong design ability and experience in high end residential and/or hospitality interior design
- Lead the design team and manage multiple projects in entirety
- A good team player with strong management, communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in written English and/or Chinese, fluent spoken in Mandarin and/or English is in advantage
- Build and lead one of the Design teams
- Develop and oversee innovative design concepts that align with the firm's vision and brand standards.
- Lead multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide the design team, fostering creativity and maintaining design excellence.
- Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay updated on the latest materials, technologies, and design trends to enhance project outcomes.
- Oversee procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes while maintaining high-quality standards within budget constraints.
- Occasional trips when required
- 5 days work
