My client, a global aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) solutions provider, is currently seeking a strategically minded Technology Innovation leader. This role involves spearheading cutting-edge initiatives such as drone-assisted inspections, autonomous mobile robots, robotic process automation, and AI/ML solutions tailored to the aerospace MRO sector. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of innovation projects, from research and proof of concept to large-scale deployment, collaborating with research institutes, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to embed advanced technologies into operational workflows. Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Analyze global and local technology trends relevant to the aerospace MRO industry and shape a technology landscape aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with operational units to develop realistic rollout plans, overseeing pilot testing, refinement, and full deployment of innovation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive technology projects that deliver measurable business value, including safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
  • Foster standardization and adoption of emerging technologies-such as robotics, AI/image recognition, and advanced materials-across the organization.
  • Act as the primary liaison with executive leadership and operational managers to review, align, and integrate technological advancements into strategic plans.
  • Represent the organization in external technology forums, research collaborations, and industry consortia to stay ahead of emerging innovations.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress through regular updates to senior leadership and innovation governance bodies.
  • Conduct market research and proof-of-concept assessments on new technologies, ensuring feasibility before large-scale implementation, and gathering stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.


Required Skills for the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, information technology, or related discipline.
  • Proven work experience leading technology innovation projects, ideally within the aerospace, manufacturing or related technological fields.
  • Proven success in managing regional or large-scale innovative initiatives, with strong program and project management skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors, research institutes, or government agencies, particularly in securing funding or patent activities.
  • Skilled in facilitating technical workshops, and adept at translating complex technological concepts into business strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or DevOps is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or Agile/DevOps certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Digital/IT, with at least 4 years of solid experience in implementing and maintaining sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions, with a proven track record.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ team management experience.
  • Work experience in a mid to large-sized global company.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4 HANA is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing processes and technologies, particularly in sales digital solutions (such as SFA, CRM) and marketing digital solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.

Job Description

Contract Period: 2-Month Contract

ADMS is a real-time control computer system that will monitor and control the distribution power network of CLP Power Hong Kong. It will be a state of the art system designed to meet the Company’s goals of Digitalization, Decentralization and Decarbonization.

Reporting to the Project Manager, the appointee will undertake the following major duties:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Engineer to handle technical issues of ADMS development, including Windows system administration, local area network installation, firewall installation, development of simple in-house software such as automation tools and testing of ADMS in factory overseas
  • Arrange training classes for end users, and handle other software works assigned by the Project Manager such as testing and verification
  • Prepare documents to support operation and maintenance activities, and to meet the requirements of CLP Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Standard and Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Standard

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering of IT / OT systems, or Windows system administration, or other relevant software works. Candidates with less experience including fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Engineer
  • Proficient in software programming, network design, computer system implementation and administration
  • Good problem solving skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with good spoken and written English
  • A fast learner with ability to work independently and meet tight deadline

  • Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, gathering relevant information, and helping to articulate Nethermind's value proposition to potential enterprise clients.

  • Support the Managing Director in maintaining client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively contribute to positioning Nethermind's products and services in the enterprise space.
  • Help document client requirements and prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Nethermind's solutions to address client challenges.
  • Attend industry events in the APAC region alongside the Managing Director to enhance brand visibility and help establish strong relationships within the enterprise and institutional community.
  • Assist in coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all business activities.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a technology consulting and/or supporting technology sales role, with experience in enterprise and institutional environments, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in helping craft compelling and winning proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must.
  • Strong interest in AI and applied AI is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events within APAC.
  • Based in the APAC region, preferably Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan.

Information Technology Innovation & Ventures

The Senior Manager of Innovation & Venture at a bank is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency of the bank. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, fintech partners, regulators, and external innovation ecosystems to implement cutting-edge solutions aligned with HASE’s digital transformation strategy. The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing the bank’s fintech and innovation strategy, managing an innovation portfolio, and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation including the commercialization aspects keep up to trend with new technologies such as agentic AI with cost reduction as a key performance indicator.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Manager, Innovation & Ventures

Principal Responsibilities

  • Successful commercialization of Artificial Intelligence by working closely with both the business and IT and be able to successfully measure cost savings.
  • Develop and drive a bold, future-ready innovation strategies that support Hang Seng’s business goals, including revenue growth, cost optimization and enhanced digital competitiveness. Garner supports from business stakeholders, including C-level executives and business heads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including fintech companies, venture capital firms, technology providers, industry experts, and academic institutions to explore co-development opportunities.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders (business unit, IT, risk, compliance, etc.) to align innovation efforts and promote FinTech adoption bank wide.
  • Act as a key liaison with regulators to ensure that emerging technology initiatives comply with evolving regulatory framework while driving fintech innovation in the banking sector.
  • Act as the go-to expert on fintech, emerging technology and digital disruption, providing insights and guidance to senior management and business units


Requirements

  • Knowledgeable and experienced in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to influence and drive change within the organization.
  • Experience in team building and mentoring.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience in market analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Fluent English and Chinese in written and verbal communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, lateral thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.

Overview
You will be supporting the Regional Managing Director of APAC directly in driving the expansion and growth of our company. This is initially a 12-month contract position with strong potential for conversion to a full-time permanent role if performance meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Your main role is to support the APAC Regional Managing Director in understanding customer requirements and developing customized solutions for them. To be successful at this, you will need to have a curious mind and a firm understanding of innovation and technology implementation, and may have participated in digital transformation projects as a consultant in a prior role.
  • Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, gathering relevant information, and helping to articulate Nethermind's value proposition to potential enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to help develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
  • Support the Managing Director in maintaining client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively contribute to positioning Nethermind's products and services in the enterprise space.
  • Help document client requirements and prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Nethermind's solutions to address client challenges.
  • Attend industry events in the APAC region alongside the Managing Director to enhance brand visibility and help establish strong relationships within the enterprise and institutional community.
  • Assist in coordinating with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all business activities.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field.
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a technology consulting and/or supporting technology sales role, with experience in enterprise and institutional environments, preferably within the blockchain and digital assets industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise requirements and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in helping craft compelling and winning proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, digital assets and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must.
  • Strong interest in AI and applied AI is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events within APAC.
  • Based in the APAC region, preferably Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan.

Job Description
Contract Period: 2-Month Contract
ADMS is a real-time control computer system that will monitor and control the distribution power network of CLP Power Hong Kong. It will be a state of the art system designed to meet the Company’s goals of Digitalization, Decentralization and Decarbonization.
Reporting to the Project Manager, the appointee will undertake the following major duties:
Key Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Engineer to handle technical issues of ADMS development, including Windows system administration, local area network installation, firewall installation, development of simple in-house software such as automation tools and testing of ADMS in factory overseas
  • Arrange training classes for end users, and handle other software works assigned by the Project Manager such as testing and verification
  • Prepare documents to support operation and maintenance activities, and to meet the requirements of CLP Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Standard and Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Standard
Requirements
  • A recognized university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering of IT / OT systems, or Windows system administration, or other relevant software works. Candidates with less experience including fresh graduates will be considered as Assistant Engineer
  • Proficient in software programming, network design, computer system implementation and administration
  • Good problem solving skills and strong analytical abilities
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with good spoken and written English
  • A fast learner with ability to work independently and meet tight deadline
