POSITION OVERVIEW

To oversee the integration of new capacity into our data centres. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of new capacity projects, from planning and implementation to operational readiness and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre operations, project management, and capacity planning.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

· Collaborate with the capacity planning team to understand future capacity requirements and ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of new capacity.

· Develop and execute operational readiness plans, including testing, documentation, and training, to ensure new capacity is fully operational upon integration.

· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all new capacity meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.

· Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on capacity planning and integration.

· Proven experience in project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

· Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cooling systems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

You are also required to work with the IT senior members to architect the framework roadmap including technology selection.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to define framework requirements
  • Complete the design and development work on time with quality including both software and documentation deliverables
  • Promote and train other development teams to use the Framework
  • Provide development and production support including out of working hour support responsibility.
  • Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards including the development methodology

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
  • 10 years of relevant experience, candidate with less experience may be consider for a junior position
  • Proficient in Java programming
  • Experience in back-end application architecture and framework e.g. micro-service architecture, service mesh, cloud native application development
  • Experience in one or more areas: messaging, managed file transfer, authentication/authorization technology and related products/protocol e.g. Kafka, ActiveMQ, Forgerock, Keycloak, SAML, OIDC, MTLS
  • Experience in high availability systems development with good understanding in system failover, recovery and redundant configuration
  • Experience of DevOps tools and practices
  • Experience in software product management, release control and compatibility management
  • Experience in public cloud technology is an added advantage

Job Duties:

As Vice President , you will provide strong technical leadership and delivery management to the team across Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Your goal is to enhance delivery quality, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure our technology solutions meet the strategic needs of the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and have a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, cross-border team. Guide technical leads to effectively manage their respective development and testing teams.
  • Effectively collaborate with product managers, business and IT teams to understand requirements, design, develop or select cost effective solutions that are fit for purpose, meet enterprise architecture standards and are aligned with broader corporate strategies.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority within the team. Design robust solution architectures, conduct code reviews, and establish stringent, high-quality coding standards.
  • Drive improvements in our development and deployment practices. Implement and enforce rigorous testing methodologies to reduce escaped defects and conduct deep root-cause analysis for production issues to ensure platform stability.
  • Take ownership of the team's budget and manage the annual budget, validating project estimates, and managing resource allocation and forecasting.
  • Manage external service providers and product vendors to deliver products and services in accordance with agreed contracts. Develop healthy partnership with key suppliers to drive innovation, skills uplift and increased vendor performance.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of working experience in designing, building and supporting scalable, distributed and highly resilient software solutions, with at least 3-5 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
  • Strong knowledge and practice experience with applying modern enterprise architecture, CI/CD and Agile software development practices in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Proven, hands-on expertise in designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform and low-code development platforms is required.
  • Cloud architecture certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Google Professional Cloud Architect would be a plus.
  • Experience in managing a geographically diverse development and support team.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to deliver compelling user experiences while balancing design details with business impact and technical implementation considerations.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with proven ability to communicate with impact, drive consensus, influence relationships and articulate complex information in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences including senior management.
  • Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua would be an advantage.

Job Duties:
Your will lead the team for quality delivery of the design, development and support of the application framework. Close collaboration with other development teams is required to understand their requirements and provide attentive training for them to use the framework. You are also required to work with the IT senior members to architect the framework roadmap including technology selection.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to define framework requirements
  • Complete the design and development work on time with quality including both software and documentation deliverables
  • Promote and train other development teams to use the Framework
  • Provide development and production support including out of working hour support responsibility.
  • Uphold compliance with organization policies and standards including the development methodology
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
  • 10 years of relevant experience, candidate with less experience may be consider for a junior position
  • Proficient in Java programming
  • Experience in back-end application architecture and framework e.g. micro-service architecture, service mesh, cloud native application development
  • Experience in one or more areas: messaging, managed file transfer, authentication/authorization technology and related products/protocol e.g. Kafka, ActiveMQ, Forgerock, Keycloak, SAML, OIDC, MTLS
  • Experience in high availability systems development with good understanding in system failover, recovery and redundant configuration
  • Experience of DevOps tools and practices
  • Experience in software product management, release control and compatibility management
  • Experience in public cloud technology is an added advantage
  • Be enthusiastic to make an impact using technology, design a secure, robust and scalable system architecture
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

POSITION OVERVIEW

To oversee the integration of new capacity into our data centres. This role involves managing the entire lifecycle of new capacity projects, from planning and implementation to operational readiness and handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data centre operations, project management, and capacity planning.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

· Collaborate with the capacity planning team to understand future capacity requirements and ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of new capacity.

· Develop and execute operational readiness plans, including testing, documentation, and training, to ensure new capacity is fully operational upon integration.

· Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all new capacity meets company standards and regulatory requirements.

· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.

· Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in data centre operations, with a focus on capacity planning and integration.

· Proven experience in project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.

· Strong understanding of data centre infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage, and cooling systems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

· High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Duties:
As Vice President , you will provide strong technical leadership and delivery management to the team across Hong Kong and Shenzhen. Your goal is to enhance delivery quality, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure our technology solutions meet the strategic needs of the business. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and have a proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions collaboratively.
Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing, cross-border team. Guide technical leads to effectively manage their respective development and testing teams.
  • Effectively collaborate with product managers, business and IT teams to understand requirements, design, develop or select cost effective solutions that are fit for purpose, meet enterprise architecture standards and are aligned with broader corporate strategies.
  • Serve as the senior technical authority within the team. Design robust solution architectures, conduct code reviews, and establish stringent, high-quality coding standards.
  • Drive improvements in our development and deployment practices. Implement and enforce rigorous testing methodologies to reduce escaped defects and conduct deep root-cause analysis for production issues to ensure platform stability.
  • Take ownership of the team's budget and manage the annual budget, validating project estimates, and managing resource allocation and forecasting.
  • Manage external service providers and product vendors to deliver products and services in accordance with agreed contracts. Develop healthy partnership with key suppliers to drive innovation, skills uplift and increased vendor performance.
Requirements:
