Job Duties:

• Assist the IT Manager in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Serve as the first line of support for internal staff, addressing their technical inquiries and providing solutions.
• Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware and software systems, ensuring they run optimally.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, user manuals, and support materials to improve efficiency and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Participate in system upgrades and maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Work closely with the IT Manager to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a higher diploma / degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
