Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives within budgetary constraints.

- Monitor resource allocation and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal performance.
P&L Management:
- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for relevant departments, managing costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve overall financial performance.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational activities.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Implement controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, taking appropriate action to minimize disruptions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate the teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Effectively communicate operational performance, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Represent the company's interests and advocate for operational needs in cross-functional discussions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

As the Operations Manager of Habyt, you will oversee end-to-end operations across our portfolio in Hong Kong. Your responsibilities encompass managing facilities, housekeeping, contractors and IT assets to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Leading the Hong Kong Operations, you will drive process optimisation and deliver exceptional Member experiences through effective property management and cross-functional collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless management of facilities, housekeeping, and IT assets.
- Act as the first point of escalation for operational emergencies, ensuring timely incident reporting and resolution.
- Identify and address maintenance issues proactively through regular property inspections and implementation of comprehensive maintenance programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure accurate processing of payments for services such as maintenance, MEP, pest control, and landscaping.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to address repairs, upgrades, and improvements while conducting building health reviews and periodic reporting.
- Monitor ticketing system data, drive SLA compliance, maximise Member satisfaction (CSAT), and resolve maintenance requests promptly to achieve KPI targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members across facilities, housekeeping, and operations functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Project-manage large-scale en-bloc properties and strata units, ensuring high standards of maintenance and operational excellence.
- Continuously review and improve operational processes to optimise labour and costs while enhancing Member experiences.
- Align operations with budgets, approve procurement requests, and support forecasting based on portfolio growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing necessary protocols, securing permits, and conducting regular quality control checks.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, Members, vendors, landlords, and building management to resolve escalated issues and maintain smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in operations, property management, facilities, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, P&L statements, and performance goals.
- Skilled in MEP systems, HVAC, safety protocols, cleaning processes, and vendor management.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.
- Effective in adapting to dynamic, multi-cultural environments and driving change.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experienced in overseeing housekeeping operations, scheduling, and supervision.

The Operations Manager will be a pivotal figure in managing and optimizing the operational activities. This individual will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring efficiency, driving operational excellence, and managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) for relevant departments.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Alignment and Goal Achievement:
- Align operational strategies and initiatives with the company's overall mission and annual goals set by management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and coordination across the organization.
- Proactively identify and address any gaps or challenges that may impact the achievement of the company's objectives.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to standardize procedures and establish best practices.
Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively to meet operational goals and objectives within budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources efficiently and optimize workforce utilization.
- Monitor resource allocation and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal performance.
P&L Management:
- Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for relevant departments, managing costs, and maximizing profitability.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and improve overall financial performance.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational activities.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Implement controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, taking appropriate action to minimize disruptions.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and motivate the teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development.
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Effectively communicate operational performance, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
- Represent the company's interests and advocate for operational needs in cross-functional discussions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent leadership and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and P&L management.

We are looking for a qualified Operations Manager (Key accounts) to join our team in Asendia Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
- Supervise daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs outlined in contracts with key accounts.
- Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions.
- Provide proactive, actionable recommendations for enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.
Key Accounts and Vendors Engagement:
- Represent the company and its brand with customers, conducting regular review meetings to build strong relationships founded on quality service and sustainable operations
- Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancing operations and supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties
Internal Collaboration:
- Assist with billing reports and project implementation for key accounts.
- Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier business.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
- Immediate availability preferred.
