Lightning International is a content services company where we sell TV programmes and TV channels worldwide. We also provide managed services to clients on channel creation, industry consultancy, and technical services. We have over 3000 hours of programming and 14 channels.
This role will be responsible for scheduling of programming and interstitials across our portfolio of channels. It's a planning role which involves liaising with the Programming team, and Sales and Marketing as well as the in-house Operations team (Live On-Air and Transmission) to ensure the delivery of our 24-hour channel with ad slots.
Responsibilities
· Day to Day channel management, making sure all programme start times and end times are correct, the number of ad slots for the hour are correct, managing the playout, basic scheduling.
· All branding and logos are there and showing properly on the live channel
· Being reactive to changes in programme content, duration, and versions adjusting the schedules accordingly
· Execute playlist updates and email all clients the updated EPG changes
· Liaising with the Content, Transmission and Subtitling Teams to follow up technical issues related to scheduled material such as programmes and trailers in advance playlists or those scheduled for immediate broadcast.
· Asset management
· Assist and support other teams within the Programming Department with various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
· Experience in Free to Air/ Commercial on-air scheduling is a plus but not mandatory
· Enjoy watching TV
· Excel knowledge is a must
· Excellent fluency in written and spoken English (Chinese is a plus but not mandatory)
· Able to work independently and can work under pressure
· Proactive is a MUST, self-disciplined and multi-tasking
· A good team player
· Basic video editing skills is a plus but not mandatory

The New Issues Securities Information team reviews securities documents and inputs key data into Euroclear's central database. This database supports various Euroclear Operations teams, such as Income, Corporate Actions, Tax, and Triparty, ensuring consistent client service.
