Requirements:

• University degree or above (EAA license is a plus);
• Over 4 years of leasing experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in leasing and sales in the residential and retail property sector. Property management experience is a plus;

• Act on behalf of landlord, participate in all aspects of leasing process
• Formulate and implement leasing and asset management strategies for offices, street shops, industrial units and residential units to achieve the company's business objectives
