Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external counsel as necessary to manage specialized legal matters, ensuring cost-effective and timely resolution.
  • Report directly to Legal Advisor and advise on other legal issues as directed by the General Manager – Legal.
You Should
  • Be a qualified lawyer with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience as a solicitor or barrister practicing in Hong Kong or another recognized common law jurisdiction. Preference for those with previous in-house experience.
  • Have a strong understanding of procurement, commercial, and corporate governance.
  • Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Be willing to handle administrative tasks as required.
