Who are we looking for?

We’re currently working on a part-time assignment with a Hong Kong conglomerate and we’re interested in hearing from lawyers with the following attributes:

• 10 - 15 years of PQE gained from reputable law firms and/or in-house/secondment experience
• Strong experience in advising on general corporate & commercial matters. Intellectual property and litigation experience would be a plus.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Available to start assignments at short notice

We are currently seeking Investment Funds Lawyers to join our team and provide long term support (2+ years ) to our Fortune 500 clients:

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support on the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds as well as legal support on funds investments and related investment strategies

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with minimum of 3 or more years of experience practicing in investment funds/asset management practice, or relevant experience in-house
