We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Legal Secretary to work as part of a team, providing secretarial and administrative support to a group of designated Corporate fee earners in our Carey Olsen Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities
  • Amending lengthy, complex legal documents in an accurate and timely manner

  • Ensuring partners and fee earners review and update their biographies on a regular basis and pass any amendments to the M&BD team for updating on the website
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with some or all the above duties
  • Some corporate experience, ideally in an international firm
  • Some experience of billing (preferably with 3E)
  • Well versed in the use of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word to a high degree of competence plus PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Good typing speeds and accuracy is essential
