Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements, liaising effectively with suppliers, outside logistic parties and customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Generate sales reports and conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Perform additional administrative duties as needed to enhance the sales function.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative & logistics support role, ideally in the client & sales administration industry.
- Familiar with using ERP systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a keen willingness to learn.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese.
