Requirements*

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in the travel industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Senior Travel Consultant".

• Self-motivated, independent, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier

• Professional communication (written and verbal)

• Knowledge in GDS Amadeus is a must.

• Teamwork member with good communication skill that can provide accurate information's with day team colleague.

• Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Good in Microsoft Office.

• Candidates with night shift working experience would be a definite advantage
