Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Itinerary Design

Craft personalized itineraries encompassing private jet charters, luxury accommodations, exclusive activities, and ground transportation.

Luxury Product Knowledge

-   Maintain in-depth expertise in high-end travel products, including private aircraft fleet options, VIP concierge services, and emerging luxury trends.

  • Recommend niche experiences (e.g., secluded retreats, elite events) tailored to affluent travelers

Vendor & Supplier Management

  • Negotiate with luxury suppliers (hotels, DMCs, tour operators etc) to secure preferential rates and exclusive perks.

-   Ensure all partners meet L'Voyage's safety, operational and service quality standards

Operational Excellence

  • Handle bookings using CRS systems (e.g., Galileo, Sabre) and internal CRM systems to manage booking process and maintain information.

-   Provide 24/7 support for urgent client needs when required.

Marketing & Business Development

Assist in creating compelling marketing content to showcase luxury travel offerings.

Requirements:
