This position involves coordinating with clients for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, preparing tenders, analyzing bids, negotiating prices, and controlling budgets. You will also be responsible for preparing operation and maintenance manuals as required by contracts and resolving ad hoc site matters and site coordination.

• Coordinate with clients for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services
• Prepare tender documents, analyze tenders, negotiate prices, and manage budgets
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals as per contract requirements
• Resolve site issues and coordinate site activities

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in E&M / Building Services / Maintenance / A&A contracts
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
