Responsibilities- Originating and structuring of Syndicated Finance transactions
- Jointly developing pricing strategies / conducting market risk assessment / loan distribution
- Keep track of trends and developments of syndicated loan, DCM and ECM markets, and align with own business strategy
- Supporting in underwriting statement/ market risk assessment & monitoring of primary syndicated / structured finance transactions, local and cross-border transaction, including preparing support statement
- Maintaining and building up network within the syndicated loan and capital markets
- Keeping track of trends and developments of syndicated loan, DCM and ECM markets
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- Proven experience in syndication loans and relevant structured finance
- Proven track record in loans syndication field with high level market contacts, and familiar with the Greater China market landscape
- Ability to deliver strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
- Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player, with leadership capabilities

- Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
