MRC is an important customer engagement arm in the Marketing organization. Our mission is to learn from customers, understand their needs, and educate them about the benefits of AWS and all the services we offer, in order to help them embark on their cloud journey quickly and easily. It is a critical function within the lead and demand generation process, with the objective to profile, nurture, and qualify marketing leads generated from various marketing events, campaigns, and activities.
Key job responsibilities
Work as part of the MRC team to:
- Build a stronger AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email and/or live chat, and researching existing AWS leads to create a detailed view of the customer's need for cloud technology.
- Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest; education to consideration.
- Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases.
- Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates.
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
- Opportunity to be part of a team to lead a global cross-functional MRC projects to drive operational excellence and better customer experience.
- Work ad-hoc task as requested (eg. Reporting, Building Dashboard & Email template)
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or above degree
- Able to commit to a full-time internship (12 months)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese and English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator in-person and via phone
- Must have ability to listen to customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions
- Ability to think logically and structure answers.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast

- We are looking for SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Textiles/Clothing or a related field.
- 5+ years managerial level in sales, marketing, or merchandising, preferably in the infant and kids' garment industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Report to the General Manager
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients in the US and Europe. Provide strategic marketing plans tailor-made for key customers.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives in the US and European markets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the US and Europe.
- Merchandising: Work closely with clients to understand their merchandising needs and provide tailored solutions for infant and kids' garments.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote infant and kids' garments in the US and Europe.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve Team KPI
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement in the US and European markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Work based in HK office with trips to Vietnam
- 5 days work

- We are looking for ASST MARKETING MANAGER - with details as follows :
- Report to Senior Merchandising Manager
- Work in Merchandising team of 3-4 members
- Work with customers on product development and costing
- Accurately estimate the production and material costs
- Responsible for product development, lab testing and production follow up
- Monitor daily merchandising flow from quotation, development to production
- Participate in price negotiation, liaison with customers on various stages of samples development, orders processing to shipments
- Follow sample and production orders to ensure quality standards and enhance customers satisfaction
- Follow-up orders with customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
- Working closely with production team to ensure the quality and on-time delivery
- Providing full support to merchandising team and orders follow-up work
- Tertiary education
- 3+ years experience merchanding/sales/marketing/product development in toys industry
- Solid exposure to product development is highly prefer
- Experience in servicing theme park customer for global market is a big plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- 2-3 trips per year to bring customers for factory visits
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + bonus
