Job Responsibilities- Assist the supervisor in handling credentialing applications.
- Support the supervisor in liaising with partner organizations to organize training activities for students.
- Provide general administrative support to the department or upper management.
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior managers.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Assist upper management with clerical tasks and correspondence to enable focus on decision-making.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Associate Degree or Degree in any discipline.
- Approximately 4-5 years of proven administrative support experience; hospital industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong discipline, good time management, ability to work under pressure, independence, and self-motivation.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese; good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite.

The Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, School of Clinical Medicine aims to educate doctors to practise medicine at the highest standard, prioritising the best interests of their patients and the community, and to inspire them to strive for and achieve academic excellence. The mission of the Department is to promote quality primary care through education, patient-centred service and research in family medicine.
Applicants should possess a primary medical qualification registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong and a higher qualification in general practice/family medicine, preferably holding a FHKAM (Family Medicine) or equivalent specialist qualification. They should demonstrate excellence in clinical services; have a strong commitment and experience in undergraduate teaching; and exhibit the capacity and potential in research. They should have a solid track record of clinical services in Neurology and demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching, and be able to contribute to the enhancement and development of courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. They should also have extensive experience in managing patients with acute and chronic medical disorders in particular neurological diseases; demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in clinical services and training; and proven capacity and potential in performing research in their respective field. Perform daily administrative activities, in conjunction with the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams, to ensure a complete and accurate Trial Master File delivery.
Essential Functions
- Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems (e.g., Trial Master File (TMF)) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.
- Assist CRAs and RSU with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
- Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
- Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation.
- May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training.
- High School Diploma or equivalent Req.

Job Description
Perform daily administrative activities, in conjunction with the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams, to ensure a complete and accurate Trial Master File delivery.
**Essential Functions**
- Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems (e.g., Trial Master File (TMF)) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
- Assist the clinical team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.
- Assist CRAs and RSU with preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
- Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
- Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation.
- May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties upon completion of required training.
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent Req.
