Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and other key decision-makers.
- Engage and manage Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) effectively.
- Achieve individual and team targets by utilizing company promotional resources strategically and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes (e.g., pharmacovigilance, code of ethics) and local code of practice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Science Discipline or equivalent
- Result-oriented, enthusiastic with ambition and team spirit
- Strategic mindset in market analysis, objectives setting, action plans development and implementation
- Good communication and language skills, including English and Chinese
- Sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a must.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in local medical community
- Support clinical development initiatives including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and presentation of final approved data
- Collaborate with physicians on medical affairs initiatives including publications, advisory boards, medical education opportunities, training, and speaker development
- Serve as scientific peer-to-peer resource to external disease experts and internal stakeholders
- Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information
- Communicate clinical insights on new data to the company Medical Affairs and to inform medical strategy for the therapeutic area
- Train internal stakeholders on key scientific and medical topics in relevant therapeutic area
- Develop an understanding of the regional landscape including specialties involved in care of patients
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication among internal stakeholders while maintaining full compliance with relevant requirements
- Generate tactical regional plans to provide needs based, value-added support of the medical and scientific community in-line with company goals
- Uses systems to strategically map, identify, profile and prioritize thought leaders in line with the medical plan and goals
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of MSL activities
- Master degree in biology, pharmacy, or other medical related discipline. Advanced degree preferred, such as MD, PhD, Pharm D, etc.
- 1- or 2-years biotech company related job experience preferred.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Medical Advisor/ Medical Advisor under our Medical Team, you will responsible for providing medical and scientific support for oncology products.
Your Job Responsibilities Will Be, But Not Limited To
- Build, enhance and maintain the engagement with scientific leaders, principally key external experts
- Develop or initiate strategic scientific programs – through scientific meetings, advisory boards, clinical studies and publications – to address or explore unmet medical needs in a specific therapeutic area
- Provide and discuss scientific information and data regarding new launched products to healthcare professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of key medical and scientific information on new treatment options by face to face visits
- Collaborate closely with MSL and Diagnostic team to align external scientific communication
- Provide proactive, updated and effective medical input to internal stakeholders during the pre-launch, peri-launch and post-launch phase of a brand as part of its life cycle management
- Strategic input for overall medical activities and evidence generation plan with budget control
- Ensure overall adherence to internal and external processes and regulations
- University graduate in science or related discipline
- Preferably 2 years' experience in medical affairs in pharmaceutical industry, with oncology experience is an added advantage
- Competent in Adverse Drug Reaction reporting in compliance with local regulations
- Possess a high ethical standard and knowledge of the HKAPI Code of Practices
- Knowledge of good clinical practice
- Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, conversable Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills
- Excellent project prioritization and management skills
- Experience in Oncology medical affairs in pharmaceutical industry
- Possess PhD/MD/PharmD, or master degree in related discipline; Hong Kong Registered Pharmacist License
- Sound computer skills on Microsoft Office

Dynamic pharmaceutical sales professional responsible for promoting Own Brands products to private sector hospitals and clinics. Develops and executes strategic sales plans, analyzes business opportunities, monitors competitor activities, and provides actionable insights. Collaborates with teams to meet KPIs, manages daily sales operations, and fosters relationships with key customers for sustained growth.
General Responsibilities
- Promote a range of Own Brands pharmaceutical products to hospitals and clinics in the private sector.
- Formulate and execute medical sales plans to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
- Work closely with teams to deliver KPIs and sales plans; provide feedback on sales execution and development areas.
- Analyze business opportunities and recommend strategies.
- Monitor competitors' activities and recommend counteractions.
- Manage daily sales operations, and prepare reports and forecasts.
- Develop relationships with key customers.
Job Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Science or Medical-related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeric and analytical skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with a passion to overcome challenges.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin fluency is an advantage.

About the Role
Responsible for determining the benefits that can be offered and rates to be set for group health insurance applications
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to deliver professional underwriting services to assess the new business application / benefit upgrade / of group medical business.
- Ensure the smooth operations of Medical Underwriting Dept can be done.
- Price the group medical quotations in prudent and profitable manner.
- Assist to strike the balance in between the business top line and bottom line.
- Closely monitor the claim loss ratio of the whole group medical business portfolio and take appropriate action on premium pricing.
- Discuss with Policy Admin and Claim Dept to study the feasibility of following the existing terms & conditions of NB quotations.
- Keep harmony relationship with the intermediaries and S&D Division and closely monitor the changing environment of the employee benefits market in Hong Kong.
- Ensure the new business quotations can be delivered within our service commitment.
- Provide 2 ways communications to subordinates to solve the daily operation and staff problems
Requirements:
- Degree Holder with at least 5 years working experience in group medical pricing and individual medical underwriting
- Familiar with the group medical insurance operations
- With good leadership and planning & organization skills
- Able to work under great pressure, especially the peak session of group business
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good adaptability with changing environment
- Co-operative and good working attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and good time management skills
