Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Science or equivalent
- 2-4 years relevant experience in sales and marketing functions
- Solid experience in medical equipment/supplies or medical industry
- Experience in medical related products would also be considered
- Prior exposure in serving clinic, hospital or nursing home is preferable
- Self-motivated, presentable, energetic with good communication skills
- Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good communication of English and fair in spoken Mandarin
- Immediate available is a great advantage
Responsibilities
- Generate sales and marketing functions with clinics, hospitals and nursing homes
- Liaise with existing customers on new products launch and marketing initiatives
- Identify customers' needs & requirements for business development functions
- Maintain close customer relationship and prepare sales related documents
- Perform sales activities such as client visit, market research and ad hoc duties

CLINICAL DIVISION
Information Technology Officer
The appointee will provide technical support for the Division and Clinics, including but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain hardware and software for IT systems (e.g., clinic related systems, computers and printers, devices, video equipment, access control systems, tele-systems, etc.), including installation, daily operations, maintenance, and safety;
- Maintain and update the Division and Clinics' websites;
- Provide support for various services and assist in new IT developments;
- Perform other duties as assigned; and
- Work off-campus frequently, especially travelling between Kowloon Tong campus and other clinics.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Strong knowledge of IT services and applications;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking; and
- Able to work under tight schedules; experience in a similar service environment is preferred.
The appointee may be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays, and beyond office hours.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Technology Development Manager – Medical & Medical-Aesthetic Devices ("MMADs")
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as key management role for sourcing and development of MMADs
- Assist in evaluating device quality, compliance, and technical & commercial potential of MMADs
- Conduct MMAD research & development together with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Coordinate MMAD testing, certification, and regulatory documentation across markets
- Work with technical teams and vendors to investigate MMAD-related engineering issues or shortcomings, and implement enhancements and improvements
- Coordinate with other internal departments on upstream and downstream MMAD management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant field (strong track record or extensive work experience in lieu of relevant degree may also be considered)
- Multilingual spoken and written proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
- At least 4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, R&D, or other MMAD-related experience
- Hands-on experience working with MMADs is a strong advantage
- Familiar with modern MMAD technologies (e.g. RF, HIFU, laser, IPL, et cetera.)
- Existing knowledge and/or network within international MMAD supply chains is an advantage
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
