About The Role
- Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets for construction projects;
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction project, including procurement, design, construction, and closeout phases;
- Leading and managing project teams, including architects, engineers and subcontractors;
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular project updates;
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues;
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements;
- Monitoring project progress and performance, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion within budget;
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering / Building or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years or above in construction project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and project team members
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements related to construction projects.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as a Senior Construction Manager

**Responsibilities**
+ Assist to lead and supervise Project / Modification team in carrying out the project programmes
+ Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
+ Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
+ Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
+ Quality, Safety and cost control are required
**Requirements**
+ Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical, Electronic Engineering courses or equivalent
+ 4-5 years' project management experience in lift/elevator industry
+ Strong sense of responsibility
+ Able to work under pressure

+ Good interpersonal and communication skill

Project EngineerResponsibilities:Manage the design and engineering for PLC and SCADA System.Maintain the hardware of Industrial Control System including system enhancement. Supervise and lead the technicians in the modification works on site. fault investigation.or. Requirements:Degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering or related discipline.At least 2 years' relevant working experience. Knowledge in the application of software solution in Industrial Control System.Preferable with experience in PLC System. Knowledge with Simatic S7 PLC hardware and WinCC Programming software is an advantage. Competent in MS Office applications, preferable with knowledge in Unix OS, computer programming and cybersecurity.As a good team player to work with customer & team members.Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Engineer.Good communication skill with both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
