The Opportunity
- Supervise Technicians/ Contractors to implement repair & maintenance works in the office.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on fit-out projects, including monitoring progress and supervising service providers to ensure tasks are completed within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Evaluate vendors' performance and assist with contract negotiation and renewal.
- Support external/ internal office inspections and audits.
- Provide support for workplace planning. Compile, analyze, and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with budget planning & forecasts for facility related expenses.
- P erform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Is this role right for you?
- Degree in Facilities Management or related disciplines
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably have in-house facilities management experience in sizable corporations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Autocad and Chinese Word processing
- Patient, attentive to details and with strong sense of responsibility, problem solving & analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain close liaison with internal departments and external parties and agencies to facilitate the execution of the Company’s communications strategies
- To be a key team member in organising corporate and community events
- Support the Company's interim / annual results announcement, interim / annual reports and AGM, with collaterals including but not limited to PPT, video, QA, press release, speeches, invitation, event logistics, etc.
- Act as a gatekeeper for key messaging of the Company and conduct editing of various forms of documents
- Help liaise with and review NGOs’ and community groups’ donation / sponsorship / membership / collaboration proposals and venue requests
- Maintain corporate website and social media platforms
- Handle general enquiries from the media and the public, as well as potential issues
- Assist in maintaining a departmental resources database (media, photos, publications) and archive system
- Act as a central co-ordinator and administrator of the team to ensure its day-to-day smooth operations
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Degree holder in communications, journalism, languages, marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of corporate communications or financial PR experience in an in-house or agency environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- An enthusiastic team player with good communications, co-ordination and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with an outgoing personality, can-do spirit, and sense of ownership
- Proficiency in MS Office applications

Job Duties:
- Develop, implement and maintain safety management system for the project;
- Advise management on measures for improving OHS performance;
- Update with new OHS legislation, codes of practice and relevant requirements;
- Conduct safety training;
- Carry out safety inspections;
- Prepare project safety documents and reports.
- Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction site safety;
- Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese;
- Registered Safety Officer;
- Registered Safety Auditor will be an advantage;

The Marketing Officer / Senior Marketing Officer is to support the continued growth of our airport services business. This is a role ideal for someone who excels at tender writing, has strong project coordination skills, and is confident in managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Management & Opportunity Development
- Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities in the airport service sector.
- Draft, compile, and submit high-quality tender proposals in accordance with submission guidelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and operational content.
- Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor progress, deadlines, and outcomes.
- Analyze tender documentation to assess feasibility, compliance requirements, and strategic fit.
- Assist in launching newly awarded contracts by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
- Support resource planning, documentation, and operational setup to ensure a smooth start.
- Prepare project timelines, reporting templates, and communication updates for internal and client use.
- Act as a point of contact for existing clients regarding ongoing service matters.
- Schedule regular check-ins and maintain communication to ensure client satisfaction and contract compliance.
- Gather feedback and relay client needs to internal teams for continuous service improvement.
- Support the preparation of client reports and presentations as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tender writing, business development, or client servicing, preferably in public sector or airport-related industries.
- Strong command of written English with proven ability to produce clear, structured, and persuasive content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in client-facing situations.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction or engineering industry

- Competent in using standard computer applications
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work night shifts when required

- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing and monitoring day-to-day property management functions.
- Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in property management.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Property Officer position.

- Perform daily settlement operations, including US and HK equities, Futures, Options, and Bonds
- Handle CCASS / DCASS daily operations
- Manage daily stock reconciliation
- Process stock in/out transactions for clients and brokers
- Assist senior management with ad-hoc projects
- Assist in system modifications and UAT responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in US and Hong Kong equities settlement
- Good knowledge of CCASS and DCASS operations
- Experience handling full settlement processes for Securities and Futures
- Strong communication skills, independent, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and VBA
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin; Putonghua is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
