Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
+ Proactively build trusted and productive relationships within our bank assessment areas to promote and generate business to meet and exceed goals.
+ Facilitate, promote, and administer financial education, seminars and outreach efforts to generate business.
+ Provide technical training on lending programs/products to external relationship partners and to internal partners team on
+ Manage and cultivate relationships with external clients to increase lending penetration in bank assessment areas.
+ Works closely with leadership in support of new business development efforts. This role emphasizes planning, organizing, researching, and responding to retail private label and co-brand opportunities in a uniform manner.
+ Support strategic planning process for business development
+ Perform deep dive research of new business prospects to include company research, financial analysis, deal background/history, value proposition, etc.
+ Assemble business plans for high priority prospects (competitive landscape, SWOT, differentiation strategy, detailed prospecting plan and resource requirements) and maintain business plan tracking and adherence.
+ Coordinate market research requests/activities for prospects, to include brand data analytics and mystery shopping.
+ Prepare prospect meeting presentations (including ordering and managing creative process, deck production).
+ Perform prospect and pipeline tracking duties.
+ Build, monitor and continuously refresh prospect database.
+ Create monthly retailer performance dashboard for key prospects and existing clients - and proactively share insights with Business Development and Partner Management teams.
+ Assist in coordination across other Citi business units in support of new business.
+ Responsible for scheduling deal meetings (internal), coordinating logistics for external meetings, and maintaining calendar of activities
+ Develop specific business plans, including closed loan goals, for each product and program sponsored and managed.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years relevant experience
+ Previous banking experience preferred
+ Demonstrated leadership skills, build effective working relationships with bank partners, relationship management
+ Exceptional consulting and presentation skills; ability to probe and listen to help clarify inquiries, gather and prese
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

Job Description
- Expat to work in Thailand.
- Lead PMFEA, process validation, process qualification, PCP document preparation, termly organize team to update process Cpk to monitor process stability, dig out failure root cause and push corrective action to implement.
- Hold a new product design review, collect R&D process team and operation engineering team’s input.
- Provide your justification and improvement proposal to craft team, lead early phase SDR for process solutions.
- Have the opportunity for working on optical alignment process, work with design team to deploy new product alignment solution.
- Set-up alignment stations and provide continuous improvement.
- Improve alignment yield and reduce cycle time, work with outsource vendor to develop new alignment platform.
- You will support assembly process with die bond, wire bond, seam sealing, hot bar or other common electric packaging knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Optics, Electronics, Semiconductors, material science, mechanical engineering, automation or equivalent technical subject area from an accredited college or university will be welcomed.
- At least 10 years of experiences on R&D/ NPI/ manufacturing process, development or sustain. and have more than 2 years of project management experience will be preferred.
- Good optical communication product knowledge, strong product quality and reliability sense.
- Good failure analysis logic, familiar with failure analysis equipment.
- Good knowledge in epoxy application and selection will be fine.
- Production Knowledge – Familiar with lean production, Kaizen method and tools, line balance, OEE, error proofing, etc.
- Understanding of how the manufacturing validation process runs in relation to sophisticated new products that stretch across various engineer teams and manufacturing centers/factories (methodology, validation plans, associated KPIs).
- Should have the ability to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings or CAD models, familiar with Solid-works or similar software, build drawing or simulation capability will be encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal skills taking care of all levels of an organization. Able to communicate to senior and executive level leadership optimally and confidently.
- Strong written skills and spoken skills both in English and Mandarin, have good skill in report and presentation.
- Good at doing statistic data analysis, have experience in JMP, Minitab or similar data analysis tools.
- You could have the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with multi-functional teams.

Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- European multinational company
- Brand owner & manufacturer : automation packaging machinery and equipment
- Hong Kong office : (1) sales, project management & service office for customers in Hong Kong; and (2) support for dealers in Asia region
- Global manufacturing plants : Germany, Italy, Sweden, Netherlands, Brazil.etc
- Clients categories : electronics manufacturers, food & beverages manufacturers, construction companies.etc
- We are looking for SERVICE & PROJECT ENGINEER - with details as follows :
- Diploma or above in Engineering or related
- 3+ years of machines/equipment service experience.
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
- Report to Project & Service Manager
- Follow up sales leads/enquiries in Hong Kong, turn sales leads to successful business
- To provide the machines service/maintenance for customers in Hong Kong
- Technical support for direct customers in Hong Kong/Asia/Europe
- To follow up affiliates/dealers’ machine projects in Asia
- Follow up parts selling like prepare quotations and contracts
- Occasional business trips to Asia & Europe
- 5 days work
