What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods specific to life science and healthcare.
- Proactively partner daily with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Product Development for real-time alignment on product components, packaging requirements, lead times, and new product iterations. This requires meticulous attention to detail and clear, proactive communication to anticipate and resolve potential supply chain issues.
- Assisting with inventory control, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with relevant departments for timely replenishment.
- Source and evaluate vendors (pricing, quality, delivery, regulatory compliance, and ethical sourcing); negotiate low-risk agreements under senior guidance, ensuring all details are accurately captured.
- Coordinate logistics—meticulously book freight, track shipments, manage import/export documents (e.g., Certificates of Analysis, customs declarations), and proactively resolve delivery exceptions with a focus on minimizing disruption.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our ERP and supplier-performance dashboards (on-time delivery, cost savings, quality metrics, compliance documentation).
- Assisting procurement manager with various tasks, including research, analysis, and reporting.
Must-Have
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in purchasing, supply-chain, or operations support.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus) to interact with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for detailed cost analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong for real-time collaboration and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to consumer products, manufacturing, or health-science categories.
- Familiarity with D365, Procurify, Precoro or equivalent ERP systems, with an emphasis on accurate data entry and reporting.

Oversee the end-to-end Supply Chain operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective production and distribution of goods, aligning with organizational goals for growth, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical for optimizing global logistics, mitigating risks of customs and trade, and driving innovation in complex, multi-tiered supply chains.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects in coordination with different parties and subordinates to ensure the project timeline is achieved
- Process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Formulate and implement the operation procedure to fulfil trade requirement
- Establish KPIs for services providers and monitor service level and performance effectiveness
- Proactively address supply chain disruptions and offer contingency planning
- Frequent traveling to production plant in China, Vietnam or other countries to support the projects implementation
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ solid logistics, order processing, inventory control and managerial experience gained from sizable manufacturing/trading companies
- Good computer skills including Excel and Power Point
- Experience in using Oracle system is preferable
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Work independently and multitasking
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Frequent travel to China, Vietnam and other countries is required

- Import license preparation and declaration application in due course to meet customs requirement
- Analyzes inventory level to execute order creation in ERP for stock replenishment
- Making decision on releasing backorders based on inventory level
- Closely monitor outstanding orders and ensure delivery as per requested schedule with 3PL team
- Resolves inventory variances with adequate training & ERP system expertise; Preparing ERP Reporting for analyze and ensure accuracy in ERP transactions transmission to 3PL ERP
- Goods return and scrap management
- Proactively update stakeholders on reporting on daily and monthly basis
- Vendor management:
- Creating annual purchase orders for logistics related cost and allocating corresponding expense to the appropriate accounts;
- Follow up contract/ agreement with vendor on regular basis;
- Process all logistics related invoice for Hong Kong vendors;
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
- A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
- Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
- Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
- Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
- Business level English communication skills required;
- Ideally holds a relevant university degree

Aratum is looking for talented candidates located in Shenzhen, China.
Job Duties:
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics such as order fulfillment rate, lead times, inventory turnover, and logistics costs.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable reports to track progress towards plans.
- Optimize capacity for the business by balancing operational flexibility and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and manage daily logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting.
- Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with business and operations teams.
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams in both domestic and international markets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and trade compliance requirements.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the logistics industry (preferably in international freight, warehousing, or transportation).
- Proficiency in Cantonese OR English language.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation, customs clearance, and cross-border logistics.
