Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Supply Chain / Procurement Officer to conduct testing of the Procurement Modules in our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The role involves executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Execute and conduct test cases along the end-to-end procurement process in the new ERP system, ensuring system meets business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs; work with the vendor to resolve issues.
- Support UAT and assist end-users during testing phases.
- Collaborate with procurement, IT, and vendors to align testing objectives.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and communicate testing progress and risks.
- Improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training.
- Liaise with end-users for retesting and prepare quick tips for using the new ERP system.
- Perform other ad-hoc ERP-related duties as required.
- Degree in Purchasing, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement and supply chain roles; experience with ERP systems like SAP & Oracle is preferred.
- Good knowledge of procurement and contract workflows.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and independent.

Duties include:
• Plan and source IT-related equipment or spare parts for all maintenance contracts

• Review internal procurement processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements such

• Prepare reports as requested by management
• Undertake any special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as specified by
Management
• Serve as a backup for the AP Supply Chain Team during their leave, and vice versa
• Work closely with the Delivery, Sales, Administration and Finance teams
• Travel for work-related purposes where required
