About the Position

DASH ( the homegrown digital payment platform that has now launched a taxi hailing service ("DASH Taxi") is looking for talents to join our Product team. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hong Kong for a Product Analyst / Senior Analyst position at DASH.

As DASH is rapidly expanding its DASH Taxi service in the market, we are looking for an individual who can support our product growth with our Product Lead and contribute towards how our DASH App (user facing), Driver App and other new initiatives will manifest to grow our business. The individual is expected to have business sense to understand market dynamics, technical understanding to know how our system generally works, UIUX sense to know users will interact with our product and behave, and project management skills to write requirements, drive development and operate sprint. The individual will be working closely with our UIUX team and Engineering team to make that happen.

About the Role

What You'll Do :

• Assist the Product Owner in preparing detailed user requirements and stories, in consideration of the product roadmap and sprint capacity
• Define and prepare business specification, test cases and support business testing
• Work with business users, product owners and IT teams to gather business requirements and perform business analysis
• Act as a liaison between the development team and various stakeholders
• Maintain product backlog in JIRA and monitor the progress via daily scrum meetings

Job Requirements:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a key strategic role to provide market intelligence, and through supporting investment and product development initiatives to drive the company's success in AUM growth. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CFA charter-holder and degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related field preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in investment product research/management, or any similar role within the asset management industry across the region

• Proficiency in financial modeling and product evaluation, strong understanding of asset classes, pricing, portfolio construction principles, regulatory frameworks, policies such as cross border fund scheme (e.g. Mutual Recognition of funds) and fund products e.g. mutual funds, money market fund, FOF, ETF, digital solutions and any seasonal products.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts for diverse audiences

• With 8-10 years+ working in Business Intelligence in Asia Pacific at a reputable Chambers-ranked peer firm – preference to candidates already based in Hong Kong, though consideration will be given to those in other regional business hubs and/or internationally (e.g. London) but whose primary focus is Asia.
• Fluency or advanced language skills in at least one regional language – with a preference for Chinese, though other relevant languages will be considered.
