Duties
- Perform and prepare new product launch.
- Handle product marketing materials, such as datasheet, user manual, and more.
- Develop product / bundle offerings meeting marketing requirements.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and technologies to identify the most suitable partners.
- Prepare and update customer presentations effectively communicating the value of proposition.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, identify key competitors, and develop strategies to differentiate the offerings.
- Training internal sales team and external sales channel partners on the product unique selling proposition
- Monitoring competitor activities, analysing their strengths and weaknesses, and leveraging insights to enhance market positioning.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
- A degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, IT or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in product marketing, preferable in the Telecom/IT industry, with a proven track record of developing and marketing products.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines.
- Detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge on WiFi market and products

As a key member of the Strategy team, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to craft compelling messaging, enable sales with relevant tools, and communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and market differentiation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for white-label exchange modules (e.g., Spot & Futures Trading, KYC, fiat on/off ramps, trading engine, admin console).
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, integrations, and product releases.
- Create and maintain client-facing materials, including product guides, sales decks, competitive briefs, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with the Product team to translate technical features into client benefits and marketing narratives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify differentiation opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support client acquisition and onboarding with tailored messaging and enablement materials.
- Collect and synthesize client feedback to help inform roadmap prioritization and identify gaps in product messaging.
- Lead internal training sessions to ensure teams are aligned on product updates, positioning, and value propositions.
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/blockchain industries.
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain concepts. (Not a deal breaker!)
- Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for technical products.
- Experience launching new features/products and managing cross-functional go-to-market plans.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interface with technical and commercial teams.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and bias toward execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Figma, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or a B2B SaaS company
- Mandarin speaking is a plus
