- Collaboration & Project Coordination:
- Work closely with internal marketing teams and external agencies to ensure campaign success and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate briefing sessions, oversee task execution, and evaluate campaign results.
- Digital Presence & Website Optimization:
- Enhance our online presence by building and optimizing conversion funnels on the corporate website.
- Implement SEO best practices and ensure the availability of contact forms and relevant customer information.
- Market & Audience Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve client acquisition.
- Product Positioning & Content Creation:
- Develop compelling product positioning that highlights unique value propositions and market advantages.
- Produce high-quality marketing content (articles, blogs, presentations, etc.) to communicate product benefits and educate various market segments.
- Loyalty Programs:
- Design and implement loyalty programs aimed at encouraging continuous product engagement and attracting new users.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar product marketing role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.
- Expertise in media planning and proficiency with multiple advertising channels.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage large data sets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.
- A successful background in B2B marketing will be considered a strong advantage.

Duties
- Perform and prepare new product launch.
- Handle product marketing materials, such as datasheet, user manual, and more.
- Develop product / bundle offerings meeting marketing requirements.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and technologies to identify the most suitable partners.
- Prepare and update customer presentations effectively communicating the value of proposition.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics, identify key competitors, and develop strategies to differentiate the offerings.
- Training internal sales team and external sales channel partners on the product unique selling proposition
- Monitoring competitor activities, analysing their strengths and weaknesses, and leveraging insights to enhance market positioning.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
- A degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies, IT or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in product marketing, preferable in the Telecom/IT industry, with a proven track record of developing and marketing products.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines.
- Detail-minded, good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge on WiFi market and products

HQ Group Marketing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Lead to join the team. A key member of the team and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies horizontally across all our products to promote Shangri-la Group’s services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing and a passion for the hospitality industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for hotel products and services, including FAMEX & other Rooms, F&B, Wellness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and portfolio marketing to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer insights to identify opportunities for product development and promotional activities.
- Manage the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and advertisements, and lead the consistency across the Regions and Properties.
- Collaborate with the social media team to effect and monitor online marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and engage with customers.
- Monitor and analyse product marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the product marketing strategies remain competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, with proven leadership attributes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across a diverse range of peers across time zones and cultures.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media strategies.

About the Role
My client is a leading insurance provider. We are seeking a strategic and dynamicProduct Marketing Manager with deep expertise in insurance solutions to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of bespoke insurance products tailored to affluent clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background ininsurance product marketing , a deep understanding of customer demographics , and the ability to translate complex offerings into compelling value propositions for advisors, brokers, and end clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Conduct market research on customer feedback and preference to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities within the insurance space
- Craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and sales enablement tools (brochures, whitepapers, webinars, etc.) tailored to HNW clients and intermediaries
- Collaborate with product development, underwriting, and sales teams to refine product offerings based on market insights
- Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and partnerships with wealth managers, private banks, and family offices
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably withininsurance, wealth management, or financial services
- Strong understanding of the client journey, including the role of intermediaries (brokers, RIAs, family offices)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills—ability to distil complex insurance concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
- Data-driven marketer with experience in segmentation, competitive analysis, and campaign optimization
- Candidates with HNW or MCV experience has an added advantage
- Language – good command of both Chinese and English
