As a Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and lifecycle marketing for our client's core products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product marketing roadmap for assigned product lines
  • Create clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions to stand out in competitive markets
  • Define and refine target audiences, user personas, and customer journeys to inform marketing strategies

Launch Execution

  • Lead GTM strategies for new features, products, or services, coordinating with cross-functional teams including product, design, communications, and growth
  • Produce engaging marketing assets for channels such as websites, email, social media, in-app content, and video
  • Partner with PR, content, and community teams to amplify launches and maximize external impact
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to shape product and marketing strategies
  • Perform customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover actionable insights
  • Translate insights into recommendations for product improvements and messaging optimization

Growth & Retention

  • Collaborate with lifecycle and growth teams to design campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Optimize onboarding processes and conversion funnels through data-driven experiments
  • Identify opportunities to enhance user engagement through new features, promotions, or incentives

Performance & Reporting

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
  • Iterate on strategies based on data insights and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in bridging product capabilities with market needs, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring our white-label cryptocurrency exchange solutions are positioned effectively in a highly competitive and fast-evolving landscape.

As a key member of the Strategy team, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to craft compelling messaging, enable sales with relevant tools, and communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and market differentiation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for white-label exchange modules (e.g., Spot & Futures Trading, KYC, fiat on/off ramps, trading engine, admin console).
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, integrations, and product releases.
  • Create and maintain client-facing materials, including product guides, sales decks, competitive briefs, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to translate technical features into client benefits and marketing narratives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support client acquisition and onboarding with tailored messaging and enablement materials.
  • Collect and synthesize client feedback to help inform roadmap prioritization and identify gaps in product messaging.
  • Lead internal training sessions to ensure teams are aligned on product updates, positioning, and value propositions.

Requirement

  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/blockchain industries.
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain concepts. (Not a deal breaker!)
  • Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for technical products.

We are seeking an Alternatives Product Marketing Manager to join the team in Hong Kong or Singapore, to position Franklin Templeton’s alternative investment capabilities and products across retail and wealth channels in Asia. As part of the global alternatives marketing team, you will collaborate closely with APAC marketing team aiming to grow Franklin Templeton’s alternatives business within the region.

You will research competitive trends in marketing, develop and manage content with specialized investment managers across real estate, private credit, private equity, hedged strategies, venture capital and digital assets as well as assist colleagues in the implementation of promotional initiatives related to those strategies.

You will act as the central marketing authority for those relevant strategies in the APAC region and therefore must have a strong understanding of the markets relating to their respective strategies. You must be a credible source of investment related information pertaining to their covered strategies and have a thorough understanding of all content available and or necessary to be developed in support of assisting the APAC Sales team in selling and in promoting the respective strategies.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?

  • Develop messaging that positions Franklin Templeton’s Alternative strategies and products as investment solutions which can help address the needs of APAC clients with a focus on retail and wealth channels.
  • Develop and manage product collateral in collaboration with product specialists, product development, sales supporting both registered and private funds sold through Franklin Templeton’s APAC Distribution organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to lead development of new product materials, including pitchbooks, product profiles, fact sheets and web content.
  • Ensure content for relevant strategies is consistent with core product messaging.
  • Obtain intimate knowledge of the investment philosophy and process of each strategy supported – including detailed understanding of current investment themes within the portfolio, knowledge of portfolio holdings, risk attributes of the strategy, past and current positioning of the portfolio, near-term outlook for the strategy and performance attribution in order to develop clear, consistent and pertinent collateral supporting solutions for challenges of our APAC’s retail and wealth clients.
  • Collaborate with other APAC Marketing team members and play a key role in creating and reviewing relevant product collateral and reviewing landing pages, social media and emails concerning strategies.
  • Liaise with marketing operations and other data teams to ensure data and product collateral regarding a given product are accurate and appropriate.
  • Proofread and conduct quality assurance of electronic and print materials.
  • Execute other projects and special marketing assignments, as necessary.

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in the development of multi-faceted, comprehensive product strategy or marketing campaigns in asset management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years in asset management or wealth management, preferably in alternatives product specialist or alternatives product marketing roles

Skillset

  • An understanding of economic and financial concepts and capital markets is essential
  • Experienced in financial services and alternative products, capital markets and economic trends
  • Communicates effectively in writing and speaking
  • The ideal candidate must be proficient in English.
  • Candidates proficient in Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be preferred due to regional coverage
  • Listens actively; recognizes and reinforces good ideas
  • Thinks creatively and strategically first, then thinks tactically
  • Highly organized
  • Builds relationships through effective collaboration
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical in bridging product capabilities with market needs, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and ensuring our white-label cryptocurrency exchange solutions are positioned effectively in a highly competitive and fast-evolving landscape.
As a key member of the Strategy team, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams to craft compelling messaging, enable sales with relevant tools, and communicate product value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your work will drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and market differentiation.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging for white-label exchange modules (e.g., Spot & Futures Trading, KYC, fiat on/off ramps, trading engine, admin console).
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, integrations, and product releases.
  • Create and maintain client-facing materials, including product guides, sales decks, competitive briefs, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to translate technical features into client benefits and marketing narratives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support client acquisition and onboarding with tailored messaging and enablement materials.
  • Collect and synthesize client feedback to help inform roadmap prioritization and identify gaps in product messaging.
  • Lead internal training sessions to ensure teams are aligned on product updates, positioning, and value propositions.
Requirement
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/blockchain industries.
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and blockchain concepts. (Not a deal breaker!)
  • Proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messaging for technical products.
