ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated candidate to join the Contracting Business Department of CLP e-Solutions Limited. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate clerical services such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, document dispatching, data entry, and simple report generation.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system and conducting monthly internal cross-checks.
- Supporting the supervisor in maintaining office equipment, including coordinating repairs, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Facilitating the application and monitoring of staff airport and vehicle permits.
- Managing staff claims, stationery, and hygiene supplies.
- Assisting project teams in preparing proposals and tender submissions.
- Maintaining and updating project files, documents, and databases accurately during project execution.
- Consolidating and cross-checking duty rosters from different project teams.
- Managing assets, including purchasing, registration, physical checks, and disposal.
- Supporting the organization of recreational activities such as Christmas parties and volunteer events.
- Demonstrating commitment to CLP’s culture and adhering to HSSEQ standards and Data Protection policies.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent.
- Recognized Diploma in Business Studies or similar; university education is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant clerical and administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications in both Chinese and English.
- Knowledge of Oracle or Power Apps is advantageous.
- Organized, independent, and capable of working under pressure.
- Good attitude with a helpful and supportive manner.
- Experience working in airport environments is preferred.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for lower roles.

Job Description
HKGBC is expanding its secretariat team in line with its positioning as Hong Kong's leading member-based body dedicated to green building development, with opening for the post of Project Assistant :
Supporting the Project Officer to plan and implement the ECF-funded project – Green Building Education and Capacity Building Programmes (ECF Project).
- Assist to plan and implement the ECF Project activities including:
- Launching ceremony including event management, placing of advertorials and advertising using social media
- Promotion talks at tertiary education institutes
- Production of career promotion videos
- Green building foundation certificate course
- Micro-credential topical short courses
- Green building tours
- Assist to administer surveys to measure the effectiveness of the programmes
- Assist to compile reports for reporting progress to the ECF fund
- A good University degree in a relevant subject
- Strong interest in developing a career in environmental education and promotion
- Previous experience in organising similar activities would be an advantage
- Previous experience in video and graphic processing would be an advantage
- Outreaching personality and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
